# What's the best way to engage employee groups who don't use computers as part of their daily work (e.g. warehouse workers)

We have 200+ employees in warehouses, and we send Motivosity invites to their company email addresses, which they rarely see. What solutions have worked in similar situations?

The mobile app is great in this aspect. What we have also used is setting up what we call an "appreciation station" inside the break rooms where people can login. Additionally, we have the Motivosity live feed being streamed across some TV's around our facility as well as posters that say, "Have you thanked someone today?!". Many ways to help drive engagement! The Motivosity Client Success team helped us share a few best practices that have worked incredibly well putting us up to 98% utilization in your same space.
