What do you like best about KrispCall?

The support before and the live support has been brilliant! The ease of using an Australian nymber to call Australian businesses is a game-changer for me as i live in Spain...OZ Folks don't pick up European numbers often. Thanks for this amazing set up. Some of your support are either, young and maybe English light not be their 1st language, which is cool, however asking a direct question I had to really think clearly in how to ask to get a straight forward out of the box answer sometimes. What do you like best about KrispCall?

I like how KrispCall is simple to use and quite efficient. It's very convenient to connect with my overseas clients through SMS, and having a local number while sitting in India is a big plus. The MMS feature is a great help, especially when people send photos. Compared to other apps I've used, KrispCall is more satisfactory in terms of call connectivity. What do you like best about KrispCall?

The initial application process for a number on KripiCall was quick and easy. They have excellent customer support and respond immediately to a query. Once activated it is easy to receive a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KrispCall?

The initial application process for a number on KripiCall was quick and easy — until it came time for activation. At no point did they mention that a full FICA verification would be required, which ended up taking four days. This unexpected delay caused major setbacks for our business, as we urgently needed the number.

To make matters worse, once the number was finally activated, it didn’t work. We had to follow up with support to get it fixed — something that should have been tested on their end before releasing it to the user.

Adding to the frustration, KripiCall charges the subscription fee even before your number is activated. Paying for a service you can’t use yet is unacceptable. They need to be far more transparent about the process from the start, especially for users relying on this for time-sensitive business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After dealing with so many tools that fell short, Krispcall feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s incredibly easy to use, completely glitch-free, and everything just works. On top of that, the connection quality is excellent.
