**What do you like best about KrispCall?**

I work from the Philippines and had to call US numbers like government, private individuals, and companies. KrsipCall made my work lighter as it is easy to use. Very reliable for my work setup as I need to connect to clients and customers overseas. It is also cheap to call. I've used it for multiple hours already, and I just used around $10 credits. Their support is also always available and easy to reach out to.

**What do you dislike about KrispCall?**

I just don't like the message button on the right side. It covers the text field when I wanted to use the text messaging feature.

**What problems is KrispCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about KrispCall?**

KrispCall made it relatively easy to purchase a Brisbane local number and receive calls through the mobile app while overseas. The app-based calling feature is the main value for me, since it allows someone in Australia to dial a local number while I can answer from another country over Wi-Fi or mobile data. The support team was also responsive during setup and helped investigate a billing issue after I provided call details.

**What do you dislike about KrispCall?**

The onboarding and billing transparency could be improved. It was not immediately clear that Australian local numbers require verification, or exactly how charges would be calculated for inbound calls. During testing, some inbound calls from a Brisbane landline were initially charged at a much higher rate because the caller appeared as “anonymous.” Support investigated and credited the overcharge, which I appreciated, but I had to spend significant time analyzing the call detail report and following up. Clearer upfront explanations, easier access to itemized call charges, and more predictable billing would make the experience much better.

**What problems is KrispCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KrispCall is helping solve the problem of staying reachable through a local Australian number while living overseas and traveling frequently. In my case, the main benefit is that a family member in Brisbane can dial a local 07 number and reach me through the mobile app, without needing to understand international dialing or use a separate app. It also has potential value for future Brisbane-based business contacts, since it creates a local point of contact while I remain based in Japan.

I like KrispCall, the registration process was very fast and smooth. It also has a lot of useful features, such as team management, VOIP numbers, reports, and credits. The dialer is amazing, and their customer support is great as well.

KrispCall is amazing, but it would be even more helpful for customers if they could add bundle packages for calling minutes.

The support before and the live support has been brilliant! The ease of using an Australian nymber to call Australian businesses is a game-changer for me as i live in Spain...OZ Folks don't pick up European numbers often. Thanks for this amazing set up. My pick up call rates have jumped from 3.45% to 35% on cold outreach alone.

Some of your support are either, young and maybe English light not be their 1st language, which is cool, however asking a direct question I had to really think clearly in how to ask to get a straight forward out of the box answer sometimes. But all good. Thanks

Pick-up rates have increased dramatically. Even though it's only the first week, whenever there was any misunderstanding, from my first time user side,  the support team resolved it immediately. Thank you for the great help.

I really appreciate the first-class customer service, and I want to give a special mention to Rutuja for calling to ensure the service was meeting my expectations, which I appreciated. I like the reliability and consistency of the service. The initial setup was very easy.

International rates for calls could be more competitive. Lack of some advanced analytics tools.

They were able to get us our toll-free number in minutes, not days. Spam call blocking has been very effective at reducing the number of junk calls reaching the team. Ring groups make sure customers don't have to wait too long for someone.

I like how KrispCall is simple to use and quite efficient. It's very convenient to connect with my overseas clients through SMS, and having a local number while sitting in India is a big plus. The MMS feature is a great help, especially when people send photos. Compared to other apps I've used, KrispCall is more satisfactory in terms of call connectivity.

Sometimes the app hangs up and feels a bit slow. When talking to people, they occasionally complain about voice issues—not exactly voice breaks, but something like it runs a little slow. The interface can improve a little as well.

The initial application process for a number on KripiCall was quick and easy. They have excellent customer support and respond immediately to a query. Once activated it is easy to receive a call.

**What do you dislike about KrispCall?**

The initial application process for a number on KripiCall was quick and easy — until it came time for activation. At no point did they mention that a full FICA verification would be required, which ended up taking four days. This unexpected delay caused major setbacks for our business, as we urgently needed the number.

To make matters worse, once the number was finally activated, it didn’t work. We had to follow up with support to get it fixed — something that should have been tested on their end before releasing it to the user.

Adding to the frustration, KripiCall charges the subscription fee even before your number is activated. Paying for a service you can’t use yet is unacceptable. They need to be far more transparent about the process from the start, especially for users relying on this for time-sensitive business needs.

I really like the user interface because it's intuitive and I can find all functionalities that I need really quickly. Their customer support is also really good, they were quick to respond when I had a question.

KrispCall is incredibly easy to set up and use. I especially like the unified workspace feature, which makes managing personal and business numbers seamless. The call quality is consistently clear, and having access to international numbers at competitive rates is a huge plus. It's also great that everything is cloud-based, so I can access it from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about KrispCall?**

While the platform is generally solid, the mobile app could be more responsive—it occasionally lags during high call volumes. I’d also like to see more integration options with third-party CRM tools to improve workflow automation.

KrispCall has helped us streamline both internal and external communications by consolidating multiple phone numbers and call logs into one easy-to-use platform. It’s especially beneficial for managing remote teams and international clients, as it eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure. We no longer miss important calls, and our response times have improved significantly. The call recording and analytics features also help us monitor performance and maintain quality customer interactions.

**What do you like best about KrispCall?**

I liked that it was consistent with a normal phone application. Being able to see contacts in chronological order helped with keeping track of outreach and the ability to add contact notes helped with keeping track of conversations.

**What do you dislike about KrispCall?**

It took up to much of my time. Due to the volume of calls per week I made, it took too long for me to manually add contact information for each and every prospect. Works well as a dialer, but not well enough for my needs.

KrispCall was used for work purposes - it helped keep work separate from my personal phone, it was easily accessible on my work laptop, allowed me to make cold calls to prospects and keep track of conversations and outreach dates. Being able to search contacts in the "history" made it easy to find contacts I needed to outreach to now when the last contact was months prior.

Krispcall makes international communication effortless. I can call clients in different countries with crystal clear sound quality. One of my favorite features is the direct integration with Pipedrive, I can initiate calls straight from my CRM  without switching apps.

I didn't find any big issue to address yet to mention. Small problem  appear sometime and solve by the support team.

And there is no adds on service, like i need call recording service but unfortunately i brought the essentials plan they didn't give adds on as call recording. 

This is the only problem still i found it

Krispcall truly brings all our communication under one roof. The unified system for calls, chat and even task management is fantastic. It's so easy to jump from a team chat to a client call and managing our global number feels effortless. The call quality is consistently clear, too.

Sometimes the mobile app can have a small hiccup or feel a bit slow during really busy periods, which is a minor annoyance.

Krisp call is very good when it comes to being easy and fast to get. You can get an audio phone number for only 21 USD per month, plus balance to make calls. Their support is very quick; they resolve issues immediately, 24/7. Overall, it's value for money.

**What do you dislike about KrispCall?**

The main drawback is audio quality. A lot of my clients have pointed out that your phone line has issues; you are not audible. My device also is not that bad. This is something they need to improve.

**What problems is KrispCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted a phone number. My phone already had two SIMs, so I needed to remove one of the SIMs to use an Australian eSIM. With KrispCall, I can get OTPs and calls with just a single app.

Quality app that does exactly what I had hoped it would do.  I can seemlessly connect with contacts via sms or voice call.  There is no delay in the voice call.  Much better than previous apps I have used for this service.  The customer support is very good, a representative is at hand on their chat 24/7.

**What do you dislike about KrispCall?**

KrispCall is overly concerned about safety it seems.  This is a good thing, but sometimes can be an inconvenience.  Also the setup process was a bit misleading in that after it was setup, the SMS to American numbers wouldn't work without an additional setup and fee involved.  This should be made clear up front.

**What problems is KrispCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our overseas contact problem very well.  We are able to send messages direct to phone numbers instead of through online apps which are not always checked.  A phone call or an SMS is a better way to get in contact with partners.

Krispcall made things simple for us. Calls go to the right person automatically and we don't have to keep passing phones around. The analytics show us how our team is doing and we use that info to improve. Scheduling follow-ups is easy too and handling customer calls has become less stressful.

so far, we've had a smooth experience. A few more detailed filter options in the call analytics would be a nice addition,  but not a dealbreaker.

We don't miss calls anymore and everyone knows what to do. It helps us manage customer support better, keep track of calls and plan our schedules without confusion.
