
Support is instantaneous and everyone knows what they're doing. I have yet to work with a company that is so very hands-on! Seriously, they won a customer for life. Everything is quick, easy access to numbers, sms. I haven't found a solution that hits all the notes AND is affordable for a SMB owner like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I will say everything is good, but maybe a few tweaks to the UI. (Seriously, very minor). Another, I use Hubspot as a CRM, which is how I found out about Krispcall. The intergation is a little shotty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
