Country number provisioning is instant. Bulk SMS for campaign follow-ups was a bonus feature we now use daily. Call quality to the UK is crisp.

Good App-Based Calling, but Billing Needs More Transparency
KrispCall made it relatively easy to purchase a Brisbane local number and receive calls through the mobile app while overseas. The app-based calling feature is the main value for me, since it allows someone in Australia to dial a local number while I can answer from another country over Wi-Fi or mobile data. The support team was also responsive during setup and helped investigate a billing issue after I provided call details.

Easy IVR Builder and Unified Callbox That Keep the Team Aligned
The IVR builder is genuinely easy - I setup a three-level menu in under an hour with no prior experience . The Unified callbox keeps the team alligned on which customer issues are open. Call recording quality is good and playback is fast.
