Using SIG forms for Third-Party Risk Management helped standardize our program and allowed us to use a reputable, industry-standard questionnaire. The forms were easily loaded into our ServiceNow platform for use and tracking.

The only downside with using these forms is that new versions are released annually, and you have to stay on top of updating to the newest version.
