What do you like best?

I understand that most EMRs are designed for ambulatory services. There is a specific division for home care based services. However, even that does not cover what hospice needs. Open text boxes for nurse's notes is one thing. What about the social worker? The chaplain? The hospice aide? Or even volunteer support services? Too many drop down boxes with little to no control of adding/deleting/updating categories are a pain. Especially when working for a smaller non-profit, we simply do not have the budget for a dedicated IT/team assistant to update all categories and edit reports. I wish! That would make QA/QC better with our documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Little to no control over categories, drop-down menus, and availability for other disciplines to also add in notes without jumbling order and most recent input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be realistic about HOW your company will assist you when choosing this product. The use and application is easy to acquire. The difference is in quality control and management when problems arise or improvements need to be made to an already existing system. Will it be easy to implement? Who will do it? Though most of the problems are out of our control, we do receive exceptional customer service when we call in for lag time in uploading case history. Most of the time, the system uploads well out in the field. System connects well with wifi and very little fuss when entering by the nurses and aides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The assessments flow easily and I like that there are many free type boxes to add extra information. The assessments ask pertinent questions that are valuable to patient's charts/profiles. The best part is the flow/showing of all team narratives in one place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The website is hard to navigate to find the information you are looking for. A lot of time is wasted looking for information because not all of the information is in a well labeled place. It is not easy to make changes/delete assessments if you click the wrong button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
