What do you like best about eCaring?

We have been very pleased with eCaring as our electronic health record provider. Their platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to implement across our organization. From onboarding to daily use, the system has streamlined documentation, improved communication, and helped us maintain compliance with confidence.

One of eCaring’s greatest strengths is their customer service. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Whenever we have questions or need assistance, they respond promptly and provide clear, practical solutions. That level of partnership has made a meaningful difference in our experience.

The overall ease of use is another major advantage. The interface is straightforward, making it easier for both administrative staff and caregivers to complete documentation accurately and efficiently. What do you dislike about eCaring?

There are a couple of areas where we would welcome enhancements. The reporting system could benefit from greater flexibility and customization. More robust filtering options and easier ways to generate tailored reports would help us extract insights more efficiently. Additionally, improvements to the mobile application used by aides—particularly in terms of navigation, speed, and offline functionality—would further enhance field usability and overall productivity. What do you like best about eCaring?

Helps with coordination of aides and consumers. Lets us know when and how long the aide has been there and got there. The help desk is easy to get in touch with. The easy way to move schedules around from day to day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eCaring?

The really only dislike i have is what most aides are considered about is its not always easy for them to clock in sometimes its a location issue when they are in the house. or when they show up to a consumers house and they are not home and they call the office and ask us to call and the client forgot to notify us they had an appt to go to the old system use to let them press miss visit or refuse visit they would like to know if there is a way of adding that because it happens to aides more often then you think. The best features are that it is accessible by our aides, nurse and office staff. There is a feature for us to communicate within the app.

eCaring is very informative and easy to input consumers information and manage schedules for all of the pca. all customer support gets back on time with informative information on how to access different features on the platform.
