**What do you like best about eCaring?**

Helps with coordination of aides and consumers. Lets us know when and how long the aide has been there and got there.  The help desk is easy to get in touch with.  The easy way to move schedules around from day to day!

**What do you dislike about eCaring?**

The really only dislike i have is what most aides are considered about is its not always easy for them to clock in sometimes its a location issue when they are in the house. or when they show up to a consumers house and they are not home and they call the  office and ask us to call and the client forgot to notify us they had an appt to go to the old system use to let them press miss visit or refuse visit they would like to know if there is a way of adding that because it happens to aides more often then you think.

**What problems is eCaring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been very helpful solving different issues the aides and the administrative staff have had. We are still working on some kinks in the system but customer support is very helpful

**What do you like best about eCaring?**

We have been very pleased with eCaring as our electronic health record provider. Their platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to implement across our organization. From onboarding to daily use, the system has streamlined documentation, improved communication, and helped us maintain compliance with confidence.

One of eCaring’s greatest strengths is their customer service. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Whenever we have questions or need assistance, they respond promptly and provide clear, practical solutions. That level of partnership has made a meaningful difference in our experience.

The overall ease of use is another major advantage. The interface is straightforward, making it easier for both administrative staff and caregivers to complete documentation accurately and efficiently. Training new team members has also been relatively smooth due to the system’s intuitive design.

**What do you dislike about eCaring?**

There are a couple of areas where we would welcome enhancements. The reporting system could benefit from greater flexibility and customization. More robust filtering options and easier ways to generate tailored reports would help us extract insights more efficiently. Additionally, improvements to the mobile application used by aides—particularly in terms of navigation, speed, and offline functionality—would further enhance field usability and overall productivity.

Overall, we value our partnership with eCaring and appreciate their commitment to customer support and continuous improvement. With some refinements to reporting and the aide application, the platform would be even stronger.

**What do you like best about eCaring?**

The best features are that it is accessible by our aides, nurse and office staff. There is a feature for us to communicate within the app.
It easy to sort clients by area also

**What do you dislike about eCaring?**

If using the app on your phone it is difficult to change the visit time. Sometimes ecaring will complete a visit without a client signature.

**What problems is eCaring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

validating visits with signatures and bein able to collect signatures at the beginning of the visit.  if the signature feature is only available at the end of the visit there is less chance of user fraud.

eCaring is very informative and easy to input consumers information and manage schedules for all of the pca. all customer support gets back on time with informative information on how to access different features on the platform. All updates  are informative and let us all know in a  timely manner.

**What do you dislike about eCaring?**

I don't have any dislikes of eCaring again its very easy to use and easy to understand the platform on how to use different features.

**What problems is eCaring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aides clocking  in and out from different phone carries eCaring how made it way easier for all aides to clock in and out from different phone providers and aide are able to see the schedules of times and days for consumers

Some formats aren’t really useful for our company’s needs, but Ecaring is making an effort to implement changes that will make it more beneficial for us.

There are some formats that aren’t needed, and this helps us identify only the things we actually need for our organization.

that many times it duplicates the visits even when they were canceled and that for one extra second worked I have to touch the verification to adjust a schedule

For the moment, the problems we've had have been resolved, but at times the application has its drawbacks when adjusting schedules.

What I like best about eCaring is how easy it is to use. The system is well-organized and makes managing documentation and daily tasks straightforward, which helps save time and stay efficient.

I don't have any major dislikes about eCaring. Occasionally there is a small learning curve with updates, but overall the system is easy to use and works well.

At times the sign in times are not working correctly.

Sometimes the system is updated, and we are not aware of changes. Updates and Pushes info come late at night. Trouble Shooting Guide should have video.

Manuel scheduling, call outs and double bookings. Not having to keep paper notes, better coordination and understanding

**What do you like best about eCaring?**

Homemaker Services Inc (HSI) has been utilizing the eCaring platform since January 2024.  The latest version of eCaring has implemented improved functionality and processes that support scheduling, billing, payroll, and tracking.  Its operational efficiency provides our Coordinators, Nurses, Aides, and Office Administrators with tools that significantly make it easier for them to perform their administrative tasks.  The tasks utilized by HSI include seamless Scheduling, Billing, Payroll integration, Client/Employee Tracking, as well as Data Analytics and Reporting.  We are impressed at the ease with which our field staff have picked up the mobile application after only a short learning curve. With the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mandate looming, we are confident that our employees will adapt with ease to the visit verification process through eCaring. 

Additionally, the Customer Service at eCaring has been unparallel. The support team has shown absolute professionalism and have been a pleasure to work with. No matter what problems we encounter, the support team has been there to assist us in resolving our issues. HSI feels as though our needs, concerns and suggestions are truly heard and addressed.

**What do you dislike about eCaring?**

The office functionality is not mobile friendly and some views do not work well with certain screen sizes.

Its operational efficiency provides our Coordinators, Nurses, Aides, and Office Administrators with tools that significantly make it easier for them to perform their administrative tasks and the implementation of Electronic Visit Verification.

The user interface is very modern and clean.  When you click a button or search for a name, the pages are very quick to load.

**What do you dislike about eCaring?**

They're adding on a lot of new features every month.  Looking forward to seeing more advanced custom forms for case managers.
