Their live chat agents are friendly and fast. If they don't know something, they will find an answer and get back to you within their deadlines. More importantly, their user guide library is absolutely massive. It's well written and kept up to date so any time I have a question about a feature or process I can actually find usable information to walk me through it. Lots of scheduling software have similar features, but Caresmartz is the only one we have found that actually considers user experience without monitizing the support. **What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?** There are a couple features I would like to see in upgrades (the ability to plan a visit for a staff without booking it through for example) **What problems is CareSmartz360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Families want to be able to see caregiver notes and feedback, as well as their schedules. Caresmartz has a great client portal that is easy for families to use. This reduces phone calls to families and frees up our admin team. ### 29. This took us some time, but it was an excellent way to learn all the system details. **What problems is CareSmartz360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** CareSmartz360 has eliminated our need for paper documents. Emergency contacts, medications, etc., are now available through the tablet. Real-time clocking in and out is taking place, and I can see who is where and with what client.
