I use Therap as a business admin. This is the worst, most user unfriendly software I've ever had the displeasure of using. Simple tasks are frustratingly difficult, the menu is outdated and clunky. They have an entire library of "how to" videos.... Helpful right? Wrong! The search function litters your results with unrelated content that you have to sift through yourself. Also, what other platform do you use that a library of how to do simple tasks (track meds, assign staff, etc) is even necessary? Our employees hate it, I hate it, our owner hates it, but because it's the software the state "recommends" we have to use it for compliance reasons. It's also very overpriced. If you're getting into a field of work where using Therap is necessary, I hope you have more patience and free time than I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Therap is ever changing to the times and needs of providers. I have been a provider user since the first couple of years of Therapy. The system does reporting that makes outcomes easy to track and follow up on. Easy reporting and integrates into excellence for easy analysis. Very helpful staff when have questions.
