Overall it is a very comprehensive database that is easy to work with, complies with state regulations for reporting. Therap works to stay informed on state and federal regulations to continue to comply. Therap's support team is professional and timely in responding to the needs of their customers. Training, webinars, user guides and other resources are provided for users. Therap is continually looking at ways to improve the software, either updating or adding to current modules or creating new modules. I like that Therap Services is user friendly and everything is straightforward. I love that I can run reports to do my quarterly progress reports. It keeps all my clients' information in the same place that I bill them. I appreciate being able to have all my notes for each session on one document rather than clicking around trying to find them, which is important when I might have 30 notes to review for one client.
