**What do you like best about INMYTEAM?**

I use INMYTEAM for home health care services, primarily because it makes scheduling tasks much easier as a scheduling coordinator. I really appreciate the coordination plus feature because it lets me see the nearest clinicians to a patient's address, which saves me a lot of time wondering who to reach out to first. I find it incredibly useful to log all necessary information to keep track of patient updates, ensuring everyone on the team knows what's going on. The ability to tally details under the patient's profile is another standout feature for me. INMYTEAM is user-friendly, and setting it up was easy and understandable.

**What do you dislike about INMYTEAM?**

Sometimes we don't know who made the scheduling, because when I clock out, anybody can take over and make changes. It would be helpful to add a section or identifier to show who made previous changes in the patient's calendar. Also, I sometimes forget to add the forms needed for the visit. It would be useful to have a prompt that says 'there's no added form. Will you continue?' or something similar. We also encounter errors with the clock-ins of the clinicians, but it's manageable.

**What problems is INMYTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find INMYTEAM helps me easily add visits and track clinicians' proximity to patients. The Coordination Plus feature keeps my team updated on patient status. It’s user-friendly, unlike our previous tool which lacked these features.

It is easy to use and is how it keeps everything organized in one place, it makes coordination, tracking patients, and handling authorizations much faster and less stressful. It really helps me stay efficient and on top of my tasks every day.

Sometimes data suddenly goes missing, and there are times when the system won’t let me add information, which can be really frustrating when trying to complete tasks.

INMYTEAM helps me organize patient information, coordination, and authorizations all in one place, which makes everything much easier to track. It benefits me by saving time, keeping my tasks organized, and helping me avoid missing important details along the way.

**What do you like best about INMYTEAM?**

I like the most about INMYTEAM is the easier release of claims for processing and submission. It's easier to submit claims, and I don't have to manually submit all the documents via email because the system does it for me.

**What do you dislike about INMYTEAM?**

Maybe in the claims too? Some are being denied due to some minor errors. It would be better to submit all the claims in the same manner.

INMYTEAM makes it easier to submit claims by automating document submission, which used to be manual via email.

What I dislike about In My Team is that, when it comes to releasing claims, they have to be released in a different ways.

Inmyteam is a great tool for charting. It’s very straightforward to use and doesn’t feel confusing.

I honestly can’t point to any one specific feature that needs improvement. Personally, I haven’t had any negative experiences with InMyTeam so far.

I find it easy to use INMYTEAM for payroll and missed shift reporting. I like that it holds all patient information in one place and that scheduling shifts for nurses and caregivers is convenient. I utilize the payroll feature the most because of the scope of my job title.

It spins a LOT. I would imagine the people who work with INMYTEAM could work the bugs out on their end.

What I value the most about InmyTeam is the ease of use. The platform makes filling out POCs very straightforward, with a clear and intuitive interface that saves time. I also appreciate the speed of the system.  Tasks are completed quickly without unnecessary delays. Another strong point is the tech support, which has been responsive and professional whenever needed. Overall, it really helps streamline workflow and increases efficiency.

So far, I have not encountered any major problems or drawbacks with the platform. My experience has been consistently good, which speaks to the reliability and solid design of InmyTeam.

InMyteam is helping me streamline the process of creating and managing Plans of Care. The platform solves the problem of time-consuming documentation by providing a clear, organized, and structured workflow, which makes it much easier to include detailed orders, goals, and service justifications. It also improves accuracy by reducing the risk of missing essential information such as vital signs, DME, or nutritional requirements. For me, this means I can complete high-quality, professional POCs faster and more efficiently, ensuring compliance and better support for patients while saving valuable time in my daily work.

It is easy to use, with a user-friendly interface, and what I appreciate most is that it offers an all-in-one integrated solution. The convenience of managing the entire home care operation from patient intake and scheduling to billing and payroll with in a single platform is a major advantage.

There’s really nothing to dislike about INMYTEAM. My only concern is that for users who aren’t very tech savvy, the initial setup and learning curve can be somewhat challenging, even with the support team’s guidance.

I like the feature to send app links to caregivers in INMYTEAM because it cuts time. Previously, I had to copy and paste, but with INMYTEAM, I don't have to do that anymore. It saves me perhaps a few minutes a day. Additionally, the initial setup of INMYTEAM was easy.

The app can get slow at times, especially when loading schedules or switching sections. Searching for specific patients or information isn't always smooth, and some features take a bit of learning before they feel natural. Billing updates can also lag occasionally, which gets frustrating when you're trying to close tasks quickly.

I love the ability to clock in and out, view and modify care plans, and manage schedules all in one place. The centralization of care notes, nurse's notes, and staff communication is highly efficient and beneficial for my workflow. The team provided excellent support in helping me navigate the setup despite my lack of technical expertise.

**What do you dislike about INMYTEAM?**

I found the initial setup of INMYTEAM difficult because I am not tech-savvy. Although the team's guidance helped, a more intuitive setup process could improve the experience for users like me. I also wish INMYTEAM was more self-sufficient in handling payroll, so I wouldn't need to rely on QuickBooks and other software. Integrating all functionalities into one platform would streamline operations significantly.

We have been using INMYTEAM since February, primarily to ensure EVV compliance, and we are now proud to say we are 99% compliant. 

A special shoutout to our implementation specialist, Valerie, who has been attentive, supportive, and truly amazing throughout this process. Her dedication has made the transition so much smoother for us.

We believe that as INMYTEAM continues to roll out updates and enhancements, this software will only get better. It has already made a significant impact on our compliance and operations, and we’re excited to see how it grows in the future.

As a start up home health care agency, we really want more streamline, user-friendly tools to help us in our operations. InMyTeam offered us that feature. Comprehensive features from the forms, to the app for both the caregivers and patient. The support team is also responsive to our needs. Especially the chat support who always make sure to give us the assistance we need.

**What do you dislike about INMYTEAM?**

With so many beneficial features, I think it would be best to have a stored video tutorial per feature for easy access of the users.

As a start up HHA, it solves the following
*Patient information- gives a comprehensive detail of literally EVERYTHING about the patient
*Forms - it has all the forms we needed (Well except for the foot care) for our patients
*Patient and caregiver portal- really user-friendly unlike other portals
*Payroll and billing-really useful as we dont need an external provider. even for caregiver mileage.

As an administrator, I believe INMYTEAM has made managing our team communications and projects much easier. The platform has a lot of depth and helps keep everything organized, which saves time and reduces confusion. I enjoy using platforms like INMYTEAM, definitely helps reduce the work load!

Sometimes the interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially when there are many ongoing tasks and messages. It would be great if they simplified some features or provided more tutorials for new users, nothing that can't be altered.

INMYTEAM helps fix the usual headaches of keeping everyone on the same page. By having one place to communicate and track tasks, it cuts down on mix-ups and forgotten deadlines. We're mid-implementation phase but just want to comment on how responsive, communicative, and helpful all the support staff and account representatives are. Response turnaround time is quick, all questions have been answered, and we love that every single support staff representative seems to have come from another software solution company and has hands-on knowledge and experience of issues we're facing with our current EMR/EHR

**What do you dislike about INMYTEAM?**

Implementation is a little slow but to no fault of InMyTeam. Our calendar availability has prevented us from really pushing full throttle.

**What problems is INMYTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently with HHA eXchange and the administrative tools are lacking. Their messaging/notification interface is not ideal for communications, half of the features are inoperable unless integrated (for a fee) with other softwares, and the system itself is not intuitive enough for the reports we'd like to retrieve

INMYTEAM is a very easy to use and helpful software. Because of this software, we don't need paper binders anymore.I found its help center excellent as they provide step by step instructions and assist us at any time.In addition, I really like its scheduling feature and the ability to talk with my team. Its monitoring access is very helpful in keeping health records on track without any hassel I found a excellent software.

There is nothing to dislike about this software. All its features perform very well and I am fully satisfied with this software. Overall experience was good with this platform.

INMYTEAM is a prooved to be value for money paltform for our firm. Most amazing part of this tool is managing personal health records of each employee in company and keeping check and notify to get checkup which i didnt find as accurate as in inmyteam. It supports clock in systems for better tracking of records and has advanved administration feature including time tracking ,Ehr management and it has good mobile app too with generous user interface.

I have been using INMYTEAM for a while and i can say its a very useful tool for healthcare management in office . I like its notification feature to remind for timely healthchecks and health report tracking. Also it has very fine fine contact method which works excellently and also helpful in creating shifts plus mananing in and out time for indivisual person.

It has a very reliable contact center that has proved time and again to be readily available to listen to our needs and assist us have an effective care giving experience. INMYTEAM allows us to easily schedule shifts for visiting patients which helps us ensure all our patients are getting attended to without fail. It provides us with digital forms for collecting patients data which allowed to do away with the inconveniences of using handwritten papers. INMYTEAM has efficient clock in and clock out functions that allows us to easily keep track of the time we are spending while attending to our patients.  It is so easy to plan for our daily and weekly patient visiting routines ans this allows everyone to know which patients they are visibility beforehand. INMYTEAM makes it easy for us to keep our patients details well secured and in an easy to access place. In addition, we can now see the schedules of clients and staff in real time. I also like the help center that provides step-by-step instructions.

I consider that the training time to implement it can be a long process. In addition, the appliation for office staff is a great tool, although not very easy to use.

One of the most helpful parts of In My Team is the ability to reach an associate to guide me with any questions or issues we might come across.  Whatsapp is perfect for me to take a screen shot of an issue and submit with a question.  I always get a quick response.
