It's very easy to use and very user friendly compared to other systems. **What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?** Honestly, I only had a hard time adding new client's information in Generations and figuring out the applicable code for rates. None so far besides that hiccup. **What problems is Generations Homecare System solving and how is that benefiting you?** It handles bulk information of all clients and employees alike. It is one of the most accessible Homecare system ever built and very user-friendly. Also, the program itself is self-explanatory and easy to self-teach. There are an abundance of training videos available as well. **What do you dislike about Generations Homecare System?** Customer service is very difficult to get ahold of and is not helpful in resolving issues.
