We are still in implementation, but I will say the best thing I've encountered is the system training. The training modules for users is comprehensive but not overwhelming! You can go at your own pace, and I can only imagine the training and orienting costs that will be saved having these available to us throughout implementation and beyond. They are SO DIFFICULt to work with - whether it's replying in a timely manner or questions/tickets, actually listening to what you're asking of them, or not communicating any releases or updates. When it comes to their data, I had someone ask me last week how I can have faith that it's correct, and my answer was 'I don't - I'm always taking anyone's comment if it's wrong seriously, and any time they release anything new I spend a full day or so checking over it to make sure it's actually correct'. HCHB is extremely time consuming, and there are times when information needs to be rewritten in multiple fields, which causes increased time needed for documentation and detracts from face to face interaction if you are trying to answer all of the required categories during the visit. It would be a much more streamlined process if information automatically pulled over from similar fields.
