What do you like best about ShiftCare?

The sales staff were very attentive throughout the pre-purchase phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

The product failed to meet the main promises I was given, particularly regarding the so-called “public API.” The onboarding process felt awkward, communication throughout was unreliable, and after I made my payment, post-sale support seemed to disappear entirely. What do you like best about ShiftCare?

ShiftCare has been great for keeping the client documents secure and easy to access for clients and staff. Scheduling is easy with a good amount of customisability, allowing me to add a good amount of detail to shifts for workers. ShiftCare linking to Xero has been great for streamlining invoicing, which has saved plenty of admin time. I have not had any issues using the app yet after over 12 months. I am confident that if there were any issues with the app or any of the software that it would be solved quickly. The customer service has been very responsive, efficient and the staff have been friendly, helpful and their service has been above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

The software has not always been easy to understand how to use. However, there are a lot of resources on the ShiftCare website and YouTube to help with understanding the function of the software. Customer service has also been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShiftCare?

What I like the most about shift care is how it seamlessly assists with everything from rostering to client management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

That it doesn’t have AI to help with drafting progress notes. Most of our staff use Chat GPT to draft the notes and then copy and paste it. They should have an AI feature to help with drafting the notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShiftCare?

I love the ease of my employees being able to see their shifts, clock in and out and add kilometres and case notes then and there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

it is a little hard to learn all the integrations with payroll etc. ANd when you get say an invoice wrong, there is no way to amend, you have to void and redo, and this does not automatically send emails to plan managers/participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective Platform with Excellent Support and Room for UX Improvements"
What do you like best about ShiftCare?

ShiftCare won me over for various reasons:

1. Publicly disclosed pricing, with simple, logical licensing tiers. Much more affordable than competitors, especially for a very small business like ours.

2. Answered all my tricky questions live on their webinar

3. Extremely responsive, friendly, helpful customer service

4. Easy to adjust license seats up or down mid-way through a billing cycle, with credits applied instantly

5. Excellent integration with Xero

6. Semi-public roadmap with regular improvements and bug fixes

7. Heaps of guides, videos, and webinars (unlike competitors who almost ask you to sign an NDA just to see the software in action) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftCare?

• No dedicated mobile admin app and a non-Responsive Design website makes it difficult to manage tasks on the go

• Certain UX issues - e.g. non-standard date picker, which doesn't allow keyboard input; limited flexibility in scheduling shifts (e.g. only 15- or 30-minute increments possible)

• Managing recurring shifts could be smoother – requires lots of clicking around

• Split shifts are confusing and don’t reflect as expected in the carer app or timesheets

• Other minor but noticeable issues: apostrophed contact name formatting errors <> Xero, lack of automatic syncing with Xero for staff details, and small UI bugs in the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
