The program is fairly user friendly, if you don't overthink any steps. Information is copy and pasted into subsequent documents, which is helpful. There are several areas in which the software doesn't talk to itself. For this reason, multiple steps are required to input the same information. It also necessary to search a patient in every single tab, instead of searching a patient and being able to do multiple things in that's patient's chart. In regard to scheduling, there is no way to track a points per visit system, which is crucial for monitoring productivity. All of these points are just a few reasons that a company may and will need multiple staff members to do the work of one person, if the system was more efficient in time and function. That said, multiple work-around processes have been required to be functional on a daily basis. There has been no training provided, from Alora, on this software, which was stressful for our staff.
