What do you like best about Alora Home Health?

The program is fairly user friendly, if you don't overthink any steps. Information is copy and pasted into subsequent documents, which is helpful. After the initial implementation, customer service has been easier to access. Problems that can be resolved, have been or are being resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alora Home Health?

There are several areas in which the software doesn't talk to itself. For this reason, multiple steps are required to input the same information. It also necessary to search a patient in every single tab, instead of searching a patient and being able to do multiple things in that's patient's chart. In regard to scheduling, there is no way to track a points per visit system, which is crucial for monitoring productivity. All of these points are just a few reasons that a company may and will need multiple staff members to do the work of one person, if the system was more efficient in time and function. That said, multiple work-around processes have been required to be functional on a daily basis. There has been no training provided, from Alora, on this software, which was stressful for our staff. What do you like best about Alora Home Health?

Alora has been an ideal software, meeting all the needs of our home health care agency. We have relied on them since our company was founded. I want to emphasize how user-friendly the software is for both clinicians and administrators. It offers a wide range of features that are straightforward to use, without requiring you to adopt unnecessary measures or tracking options you don't need. Many tracking options and features can be enabled or disabled, allowing you to customize the system to fit your agency's and individual clinicians' requirements. The help desk and support team stand out for their exceptional friendliness and expertise. They have training videos which I use to orient staff initially to the software. The on boarding for each new feature is extremely thorough and not rushed. I cannot say enough about my satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alora Home Health?

What do you like best about Alora Home Health?

Our previous software, Cashe, stopped providing updates, prompting us to transition our clients to Alora. While we have encountered a few minor issues--mostly user errors--Alora's support has been exceptional. Their direct line connects immediately, with no hold times or voicemails, which was a refreshing change from the poor service we experienced with our previous provider. Amanda stands out for her extraordinary knowledge of the Alora Home Health platform. When I called seeking help with OASIS submissions to the iQIES system, she addressed it immediately the same day--there was "no we can set up a time later this week" response or delay. She pinpointed exactly what was needed to be fixed and resolved the issues in real time. Using screen sharing during an in-person session, she walked me through each step with remarkable patience. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly.

We are ecstatic to have found a true partner in Alora, one that supports fast, accurate accounting and truly cares about helping us serve our clients. Highly recommended!!

There are many things that I like about Alora which include the ease of visit notes, scheduling, and faxing/emailing ability within the software. I love the customer support team who always responds within 24hours and has offered us so much assistance with our start up. Alora has billing capabilities built into the software and honestly, as a new business owner, I'm not sure I could have done all that we have without Alora. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
