What do you like best about Assembly?

I appreciate how they bring together the various processes I rely on to manage a large number of clients. They provide nearly all the solutions I need to centralize my practice, while also meeting important standards for security, client experience, and office management. What do you dislike about Assembly?

What do you like best about Assembly?

I genuinely appreciate Copilot's intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which simplifies navigation and ensures that the most essential functions are readily accessible without overwhelming me with too many options. This simplicity, paired with its ability to create a seamless and cohesive client experience, has significantly alleviated my stress by minimizing back-and-forth communications and efficiently managing assets and tasks. The task management feature is especially helpful, allowing me to assign tasks with due dates and notes, keeping everything organized and transparent. I am also impressed by how easily I can upload and manage files through Copilot, making it a valuable hub for my clients to access all necessary materials in one place. The software's flexibility allows customizations and integrations, such as embedding calendars for scheduling and leveraging Asana for task management, which enhances its utility. What do you dislike about Assembly?

"Effortlessly Simple and Streamlined Onboarding"
What do you like best about Assembly?

It's so simple to use! I love the ability to chat with the clients and have a central place for all client tasks, contracts, forms, files, and invoices. Makes things so much easier when sending a link to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

The price is a little high for what it is... Features I'd like to have that would make it more valuable to me:

- Ability to edit contracts in the software so I don't have to re-upload a new one every time I notice a mistake

What do you like best about Assembly?

I love the ease of which my clients can see and navigate all essential documents for our project. As a website and graphic designer, we are constantly working on projects for existing and new clients. Each project comes with needs for contracts, signatures, approvals, and more. With copilot, our clients can see all of their tasks in one place- with deadlines! Plus, it makes it so much more convenient to go back and find important information with it all being right there. What do you like best about Assembly?

Before Copilot, we were utilizing so many different platforms with our clients. Copilot has brought all communication into one centralized hub where we can share files, forms, links, and contracts, without having to bog the client down with additional platforms. This platform has been a lifesaver for our client success team!

It was also so easy to set up and integrate into our day-to-day. The customer support was there to help us with implementation each step of the way.

Copilot keeps all of my clients in one place, each with their own branded portal. This makes it easy to manage messages, invoices, files, and forms without switching between different tools. Having dedicated, organized spaces for each client streamlines my workflow, keeps communication clear, and creates a more professional experience for both me and my clients. What do you like best about Assembly?

I have been using Copilot for 3 years primarily for managing my own client portal and my clients' portals. I appreciate the ease of use, which greatly enhances my user experience right from the setup process, which was straightforward. The support team is outstanding, as they responded to my queries quickly, providing a smooth onboarding experience. I value the HIPAA compliance feature, ensuring high standards of data protection, which is crucial for handling sensitive information. The file storage is slick, and the internal messaging feature is incredibly useful, allowing me to keep everything together without needing to resort to email communications constantly. I find the integration with external services like Make beneficial for my workflow, which offsets the limited task automation capabilities. Furthermore, I utilize integrations with services like Zapier and Google Slides, making Copilot a versatile tool in my software suite. Overall, the combination of ease of use, excellent support, compliance, and efficient communication and storage features make Copilot a preferred choice, culminating in me recommending it highly, scoring a 10 on a likelihood scale.
