  ### 1. One of the best apps for asynchronous communication in remote and hybrid teams!

**What do you like best about Claap?**

Claap is an immensely useful communication app for remote and hybrid teams. I personally like the ability to comment on particular time points during the video. It makes it very easy to convey the exact thoughts and also gets documented.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Honestly, nothing much really. The app is super simple to use and I have yet to find any particular feature I dislike. There could be additional features and I am sure the team is working on them, but nothing to dislike so far.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asynchronous communication. One of the main problems with async comms. is that even if you record a video, sometimes people need to still call you up and understand what you meant in the video or the audio. Claap solves both of these things beautifully.

Collaborative features are very useful and go beyond the simple "text" usecase

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

I would add some aditionnal features about collaboration and integrations with other apps

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of time, mostly for meetings that are usually not necessary, it saves up the scheduling part and the meeting duration

Only videos content so far, I look for the static content feedback tool.

Give feedback on what we do for our clients without mobilizing a whole team in a non productive meeting.
