**What do you like best about Claap?**

There customer service is very bad because i had to wait for one hour+ just to talk with agent.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Bad marketing team  and does fake marketing campaigns

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap allows me to record meeting clearly and add transcriptions to certain clips which make workforce management easier. Earlier we used google meeting and zoom and screen recorders but it takes time in place of claap which is specially designed for that purpose.
