What do you like best about Claap?

Extremely easy to use, and very intuitive. As our start-up prepares for growth it has really laid a strong foundation for sales growth and coaching. We really value the insights, transcripts, and magic clip functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

"Extremely Frustrated and Deeply Concerned"

NOTHING!!!! i never signed up and it is still starting in all my meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

I am extremely frustrated and deeply concerned about this software. I never signed up for the service, yet simply looking into their system caused their recording function to activate automatically during all of my meetings.

I contacted their team three separate times, and was assured by a representative that everything had been deleted from their system and that the issue would not occur again. Despite this, the tool started up once more during an important business meeting, forcing me to close the session.

Even worse, their system sent an email to every single participant in my meeting without my consent. This is completely unacceptable, an invasion of privacy, and a potential violation of data protection regulations (GDPR).

This software is not only unreliable but also poses a serious risk to business operations and data security. If you value your privacy and the confidentiality of your meetings, I strongly recommend avoiding this tool altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
