"Claap killed half our unnecessary meetings and I’m not complaining"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

The AI summaries are genuinely the best part—I’ve stopped rewatching entire recordings because Claap pulls out what actually matters. The UI is clean and intuitive, and I was able to pick it up quickly without any long onboarding. The integrations with tools we already use made it feel like it fit into our workflow from day one, instead of being something we had to reorganize everything around. Performance has been solid, too: recordings are reliable, and processing is fast. For the amount of time it saves us each week, the pricing is easy to justify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

The video library becomes a bit difficult to navigate once recordings start piling up, so better folder organization would really help. The AI summaries also occasionally miss some technical context, but it’s a minor issue and easy to correct manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Intuitive Async Communication with AI Summaries That Save Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

What I love most is how effortlessly it fits into our daily routine to solve our async communication needs. The UI/UX is incredibly clean and intuitive, making it easy for anyone on the team to pick up immediately without a steep learning curve. Getting started was a breeze too; their onboarding process and customer support were top-notch when we had initial setup questions. In terms of day-to-day use, the platform's performance is always fast and reliable without any frustrating lag or crashes while recording. The AI intelligence is probably the biggest game-changer, as it automatically generates smart summaries and insights that save us hours of watching full videos. It also links perfectly with our workspace thanks to its seamless integrations with the tools we already use daily. When you factor in all the time saved from skipping unnecessary meetings, the ROI is massive, making their pricing structure very easy to justify for the value we get out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

To be honest, it is hard to find major flaws, but there are a few areas that could use some polish when considering the downsides. While the core UI/UX is generally clean, the video library can feel a bit cluttered and difficult to navigate once your team accumulates hundreds of recordings. Regarding performance, we have occasionally run into slight processing lags when trying to upload very long, high-resolution clips. The AI intelligence feature is usually helpful, but it sometimes struggles to accurately capture highly technical jargon in its automated summaries, requiring manual edits. On the integrations front, while the major apps are supported, I would love to see deeper, more customizable syncing options with some of our niche project management tools. Additionally, for smaller teams or startups, the pricing/ROI can be a bit of a hurdle; the cost jump to the premium tiers feels a little steep if you only need one or two of the advanced features. Finally, while their initial self-serve onboarding guides are great, getting a hold of live support for complex troubleshooting can sometimes take longer than expected depending on your time zone. "Accurate Transcripts and Fast Insights That Save Hours"
4.5/5
Describe the project or task Claap helped with:

Claap offers a comprehensive solution for recording and transcribing meetings, providing valuable insights and efficient language recognition. It simplifies the process of sharing meetings and integrates seamlessly with calendar applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Claap?

The transcript are valuably correct, the insights are efficiently done, language recognition is great, meetings sharing is easy, and the calendar link is practical (Google Calendar for me). I'm using Claap to record and transcript technical meetings, and it works fine. My customers also like it. Previously, I had to take notes manually, summarize them and send them to my customers. Now, it's fully automated, and it takes less time. The transcription for a 1 hr of a dense meeting usually takes less than 10 mn. The UI is clear, simple, but some tutorials are no longer correct, they seem to be related on obsolete features. The basic plan is very limited, but nice for a test. Pro is limited in recording duration, so with an average of 5 hrs recordings a day, it's not sufficient. You should carefully examine the different plans to choose the most adapted to your needs. The privacy is something important to me, and Claap meets all my requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claap Makes Meeting Management Effortless with Time-Saving AI Summaries"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

What I like most about Claap is how easy it makes managing meetings. The AI summaries and action items save a lot of time, and being able to quickly find important information from past meetings is really useful. It helps turn meetings into actionable tasks rather than just recordings. I think Claap offers good value for the price because it saves me time on meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups. The automation makes it easier to stay organized and reduces a lot of manual work. Overall, the time saved makes the cost worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One thing I dislike about Claap is that some of the AI-generated summaries and action items can occasionally miss context or need manual corrections. It can also take some time to get used to all the features and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Async Updates with Impressively Accurate AI Meeting Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

Claap bridges the gap between live meetings and asynchronous video updates seamlessly. The AI-generated meeting summaries and transcriptions are remarkably accurate, breaking down 45-minute discussions into structured action items, decisions, and key takeaways within seconds.

Being able to record screen walkthroughs with time-stamped comments means we can share quick project updates asynchronously, drastically cutting down on unnecessary status calls. The clean UI and bot-free recording options make adoption completely frictionless across our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

During peak hours or for very long calls (over an hour), the video rendering and transcript processing can occasionally take a few extra minutes to finalize.

Additionally, as the workspace library grows with dozens of recordings, more advanced folder structuring and bulk-tagging options would make long-term file organization even cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claap Turns Meetings into Clear Notes and Action Items—Huge Time Saver"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I really like how Claap automatically transcribes meetings and turns them into clear, useful notes and meeting minutes. It saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to take notes manually during meetings. I can also quickly go back afterward to find important points, decisions, and action items whenever I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One area that could be improved is AI accuracy, since the summaries can occasionally miss context or misinterpret parts of a conversation. The UI can also feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when you’re exploring the different features and options. More integrations, better customization for AI notes, faster overall performance, and more flexible pricing options would make Claap even more useful. Overall, the onboarding and support experience could be smoother as well, particularly for new users getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Async Video Sharing That Saves Meetings and Makes Feedback More Contextual"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

What I like most about Claap is how simple it makes sharing and communicating ideas through async video. I can record my screen, walk through something clearly, and let others watch it whenever it suits them. It saves time compared with scheduling meetings, and the feedback feels much more contextual because everyone can respond directly to what they see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

The main thing I dislike about Claap is that it can sometimes feel like more functionality than I need for straightforward communication. When I just want to share a quick update, having to record and organize a video can add a bit of extra friction compared with sending a short message or a simple screenshot. "Time-Saving Meeting Recording with Reliable Quality and Seamless Workflow Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

I use Claap to automatically record and document my online meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, and it has become a useful part of my daily workflow. What I like most is how much time it saves, especially when someone can’t attend a meeting live. It records meetings without getting in the way of the conversation, and the audio and video quality is reliable. I can quickly jump to important moments, share specific clips or the full recording, and make follow-ups easier. The integration with tools like Slack and task management platforms also fits well into our existing workflow. The initial setup was simple, and the team didn’t need much training to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

The main thing I’ve noticed is that processing can sometimes take a little longer for lengthy meetings, especially when there are many participants. It’s not a major issue, but when I need to share key points immediately after a meeting, faster processing would be helpful. I also think the AI insights could go a bit deeper. The summaries are useful, but I’d like to see more detailed action-item extraction and smarter follow-up suggestions. Compared with more sales-focused tools like Gong or Chorus, Claap feels simpler in this area, although that simplicity works well for general team collaboration. "Claap Turns Sales Calls Into Actionable Insights With Time-Saving AI Summaries"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claap?

What I like most about Claap is how simple it makes recording, reviewing, and understanding calls. The call recording and transcription save me a lot of time, especially when I need to go back to a specific conversation. I also find the AI summaries really useful because I can quickly understand the key points without watching the entire call again. The interface feels easy to use, and it fits naturally into my daily workflow without making things unnecessarily complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One thing I dislike about Claap is that the AI summaries and call analysis can sometimes miss small but important details from a conversation. I also feel that the search could be a little more accurate when looking for specific moments in longer calls. At times, the platform takes a bit longer to process recordings, especially when there are multiple calls. These are not major issues, but improving accuracy and processing speed would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
