All of this means that not only do I personally benefit, but I am also confident in recommending Claap without hesitation to a friend or colleague.

  ### 6. From Chaos to Clarity How Claap Simplified Our Team's Workflow

It is also integrated with various tools like Slack and Notion, making the workflows even more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Whereas Claap is awesome for asynchronous communication, the mobile experience can be better. On desktop, you can quickly edit or leave comments, but it isn't as easy on mobile. On top of that, more sophisticated analytics or viewer insights would be useful for tracking what is playing.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap allows us to record short video capture of walkthroughs and share with team members that can learn and comment along the way on their own time. This has greatly lessened the amount of meetings we have to do and also increased the effectiveness of feedback we receive.

**What do you like best about Claap?**

As a Full Stack Developer, Claap has become my go-to tool for async code walkthroughs and feature demos. I love how easy it is to record my screen, explain technical decisions, and get timestamped feedback from teammates right inside the video. It saves a ton of back-and-forth on Slack and replaces long meetings with quick, focused discussions. The UI is clean, fast, and developer-friendly . it just fits naturally into my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

From a developer’s perspective, I’d love to see deeper integrations with dev tools like Jira, GitHub, or Notion to make feedback easier to track across projects. Occasionally, video uploads or comment syncing can feel a bit slow when working with large recordings. These are minor things, but improving them would make Claap even more seamless for engineering teams.

Claap helps my team cut down on unnecessary meetings and endless message threads. As a developer, I use it to share quick video updates, explain new features, and walk through code changes without scheduling calls. Claap makes it very easy to share ideas and updates with my team without scheduling endless meetings. The ability to record short videos and get comments directly on them saves a lot of time. I also appreciate the clean interface and how quickly new users can get used to it.

  ### 12. Easy-to-Use Recording and Transcript, Exactly What I Needed for Quick Meeting Transcripts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

The recording and transcript feature has proven to be very helpful and straightforward to use. I depend on it often, and appreciate that it works seamlessly without the need for any complex integration. It's convenient to use wherever I am. The implementation is top-notch, and I have yet to experience any problems that would require reaching out to support, hoping they will be good.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Support for desktop Windows is important. Although I primarily use a Mac, my organization relies on a dedicated Windows VM, which makes it difficult for me to use the software in that environment. Personally, I would appreciate if the free tier offered a bit more flexibility. I use the screen recording feature frequently, but I've noticed that it sometimes becomes sluggish when my network connection is slow. It would be helpful if the recording could happen offline, with the option to upload the file gradually once the connection improves.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use the screencapture feature, and it works very well for all the meetings we have, including stand-ups and the interviews I conduct. The transcriptions are extremely helpful, as I can easily summarize them and use the content for our monthly summaries as well. Using them for interviews is greatly helpful as I can easily remember back about the candidates with the Transcription.

  ### 13. Great Product to Automate Stuff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tushar s. | Devops Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

Its best to automate the work done by sales team. It saves their time and increase their productivity. My sales team is able to work faster and produce more fruitful results. And hoping to increase productivity much more by more actively using the tool. Also i forgot to mention the smooth UI.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Product is great and much more for the folks to to use it. Some features have high learning curve and hence need some intense learning.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates post meeting work and by generating to the point summaries, follow-up emails, and CRM updates. It provides conversation intelligence, analyzing calls to detect patterns. Integrates with tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Trello, and Jira, and provides a centralized, searchable video library for recordings and insights.

  ### 14. Time Saving Tool for Meetings and Notes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad M. | Assistant Researcher, Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

Claap stands out for its user-friendly interface and straightforward onboarding process, which many users appreciate. Most find they can get started with the platform easily, without needing to go through lengthy tutorials. This simplicity is especially valuable for teams that want to adopt a new tool quickly and integrate it smoothly into their existing workflow.

Another highlight is Claap's time-saving features, such as the automatic generation of meeting summaries and action items. These capabilities help teams save valuable time, allowing participants to concentrate on the discussion itself rather than being distracted by note-taking. As a result, meetings tend to be more focused and productive.

Additionally, Claap enhances team collaboration by offering a centralized hub for meeting recordings, notes, and feedback. This organization ensures that all team members have access to the same information, even if some were unable to attend the meeting live, keeping everyone aligned and informed.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Some users have encountered difficulties when trying to integrate Claap with other tools in their technology stack. These integration challenges can disrupt workflow and sometimes necessitate extra support to address. In addition, while Claap provides basic editing functions, there are users who believe the platform falls short in offering more advanced editing options. This can be a disadvantage for teams that need more powerful video editing capabilities. Furthermore, a number of users have pointed out that Claap's recording features are not as comprehensive as they would like. For example, features such as multi-speaker identification or enhanced playback controls are areas where the platform could see improvement.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing an overload of meetings and multiple communication channels can often result in information silos and inefficiencies for teams. Claap addresses this by bringing together meeting recordings, screen captures, and video updates on a single platform, which helps reduce unnecessary meetings and streamlines communication. Taking notes and following up after meetings can be time-consuming and error-prone when done manually. Claap simplifies this process by using AI to generate summaries, action items, and follow-up emails, which saves users considerable time after meetings. For distributed teams working across different time zones, traditional meetings that require everyone to participate in real time can be difficult to coordinate. Claap supports asynchronous collaboration by allowing team members to record and share video updates, so everyone can stay informed without needing to attend at the same time.

Knowledge sharing is often fragmented, with information scattered across emails, chats, and various tools, making it hard to find and share important details. Claap helps by turning meeting content into a searchable video wiki, making it easier to access and distribute information.By automating routine tasks like note-taking and follow-ups, Claap enhances productivity and allows teams to focus on more strategic work. The platform also improves collaboration by enabling better alignment among team members, no matter where they are located, through asynchronous communication tools. With all meeting content centralized, teams can easily access and share information, reducing the chances of miscommunication. Additionally, Claap’s features are designed to scale, supporting both small teams and larger organizations as they grow.

  ### 15. Claap review 2025: My experience with AI meetings notes &video clips

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suvankar S. | System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

One of Claap’s strongest features is how it automatically records meetings, transcribes them in multiple languages, and generates clear summaries with action items. It really cuts down manual note-taking and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

What I don’t love about Claap is that it can feel like yet another tool you need to slot into your workflow. If your team isn’t used to async video or AI note-takers, there’s a bit of a learning curve to get everyone to actually watch, comment, and collaborate instead of defaulting to old habits.

Sometimes the AI summaries aren’t 100% accurate — especially with messy audio or lots of people talking over each other — so you still have to double-check the notes before sharing.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap helps me have fewer meetings. I can just record my screen, share it, and people add comments when they have time. The AI also takes notes for me, so I don’t forget what we talked about. It saves time and keeps everyone up to date.

  ### 16. My Meeting Supercharger.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** amit S. | Client Relationship Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

I’ve tried many tools to help manage the endless stream of meetings, but Claap is the first one that truly makes following up feel effortless. Previously, I would spend a lot of time typing up notes and reminders, but now Claap’s AI takes care of all the paperwork for me. The AI-generated transcripts and summaries are impressively accurate, so I no longer worry about missing any important details. It also automatically updates my records in Salesforce and HubSpot, which saves me from manual data entry and reduces the chance of errors.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

The most useful AI features, such as advanced summaries and draft email capabilities, are only available in the highest-tier plan. Occasionally, uploading lengthy recordings can cause delays, requiring some patience on my part. Additionally, a couple of my teammates needed one or two demonstrations before they felt confident navigating Claap’s features.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending meeting recordings to colleagues is fast and truly helps ensure the team stays aligned. With asynchronous video comments, we've significantly reduced the number of unnecessary meetings—now I can simply leave a comment and move forward. Claap saves me 20 to 30 minutes after every client call, time I can now dedicate to building real relationships instead of handling administrative tasks. For anyone managing several client accounts, this tool genuinely enhances productivity.

  ### 17. Smooth async collaboration without endless meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagar K. | Risk Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

I really like how Claap makes it easy to share feedback without needing to jump on constant calls. Recording a quick walkthrough and letting others leave time-stamped comments is way more efficient than writing long messages or waiting for a meeting slot. It keeps discussions focused and decisions move faster. I also appreciate that the interface is clean and doesn’t feel overwhelming like some other tools. It just fits nicely into my workflow instead of creating extra work.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

The only thing I wish was better is the mobile experience — it works, but reviewing or replying to comments on the go feels a bit cramped. Also, integrations are still limited compared to some other tools, so I sometimes have to manually link things across platforms. Not major issues, but room for improvement.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap has helped cut down a lot of back-and-forth and status calls within the team. We use it to review designs, walk through updates, and collect feedback without waiting for everyone to be online at the same time. It speeds up decision-making and keeps discussions focused, which saves time and reduces miscommunication.

  ### 18. Extremely Frustrated and Deeply Concerned

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leoni L. | BDM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

NOTHING!!!! i never signed up and it is still starting in all my meetings

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

I am extremely frustrated and deeply concerned about this software. I never signed up for the service, yet simply looking into their system caused their recording function to activate automatically during all of my meetings.

I contacted their team three separate times, and was assured by a representative that everything had been deleted from their system and that the issue would not occur again. Despite this, the tool started up once more during an important business meeting, forcing me to close the session.

Even worse, their system sent an email to every single participant in my meeting without my consent. This is completely unacceptable, an invasion of privacy, and a potential violation of data protection regulations (GDPR).

This software is not only unreliable but also poses a serious risk to business operations and data security. If you value your privacy and the confidentiality of your meetings, I strongly recommend avoiding this tool altogether.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is only causing problems. i never signed up and it is still popping up in all my meetings

  ### 19. Async Collaboration Made Smoother with Claap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nikhita k. | Junior Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

As a data engineer, I often need to explain data pipelines, query logic, or dashboard changes to other teams. Claap makes it easy to record my screen and explain everything step by step without setting up a meeting. My teammates can watch it when they have time and leave comments. It saves a lot of back-and-forth.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Video processing can be a little slow sometimes. Also, I wish it had more features to organize recordings when working across multiple projects.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap helps me explain technical workflows, like data pipelines and SQL processes, without needing long live meetings. I can record my screen, walk through the logic, and share it with my team. This saves time, avoids miscommunication, and keeps everyone on the same page—especially across time zones. It’s a big help when handing off tasks or getting feedback on technical work.

  ### 20. Effortless Meeting Documentation with AI Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diptesh J. | Co-Founder, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

I appreciate Claap for its meeting recording feature, which fills the gap since our Google Workspace plan doesn't offer this option. The transcript and AI-generated notes are a big help, as they allow us to summarize calls and make decisions based on recorded information. The initial setup was easy, thanks to the good documentation provided.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Right now it is addressing all our problem but yes it should be include the tone and behavioural part in AI notes

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap provides a recording option not available in our Google Workspace plan and offers transcripts and AI-generated notes that help summarize calls and support decision-making.

  ### 21. Streamline your meetings with claap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haripriya R. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

The most useful thing about claap is its easy to share video updates, and automatic transcript with speaker detection. As a part of sales team at my company this tool is massively helping me auto sync my meeting notes and follow up into CRM. This helps ensure every member of my team is on the same page, and the UI interface is sleek and stylish

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Don't have much except the free plan which restricts recordings to just 10 mins, which can be a huge frustration for longer meetings or demos. The editing features, are another where much effort can be put .

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap helps me massively with productivity ensuring no brain drain during work. It's help in organizing meeting ovrload, improved sharing of information, and reduces manual note taking task. As mentioned, being in sales this helps cut down live meeting by enabling async video updates, improving follow throughs and empowers collaboration between teams

  ### 24. Streamlines Async Collaboration with Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhoniel N. | Unemployed., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

What I appreciate most about Claap is the way it streamlines asynchronous collaboration. Its screen recording features, AI-generated summaries, and threaded comments make it simple for teams to communicate effectively, remain aligned, and advance projects without the need for lengthy meetings.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

One aspect I dislike about Claap is that the interface tends to feel somewhat cluttered, especially during longer recordings. Additionally, the mobile experience remains limited, and there are occasional syncing delays that can interrupt smooth collaboration. However, despite these issues, my overall experience was positive.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap addresses the problem of meeting overload and slow feedback by providing clear asynchronous video updates, complete with AI-generated summaries and time-stamped comments. This has helped my team save time, maintain alignment, and work together more efficiently.

  ### 25. Intelligent summaries that allow me to focus on my client calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Claap?**

It’s super easy to use, and I really love the format of the summaries—they’re very clear and explicit. You get an overall summary, action items, and a summary by subject, which makes everything easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

I cannot think of something I dislike tbh

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary activity is organising meetings with clients to set up projects, go over the different steps, and confirm dates. I also discuss integrations and other technical details. On top of that, I have meetings focused on product feedback. In all of these meetings, there is a lot of information, detail, and nuance. Not having to take notes—and knowing everything will be summarised by topic—allows me to fully focus on the call and on my clients, instead of splitting my attention to write things down.

  ### 26. Automated Meeting Notes That Save Time and Keep HubSpot Updated

  ### 27. A Smart Way to Cut Down Meeting Overhead

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratik W. | Senior Specialist - AI Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

I really like how easy it was to implement Claap—setup barely took any time, and I was able to start recording meetings right away. The number of features is impressive for a single tool: from transcriptions to AI summaries and even the ability to share clips. I also appreciate how well it integrates with my other tools, so I don’t have to change my workflow. We use it frequently during the week, and it saves me hours on follow-ups. Their customer support has also been quick and helpful whenever I had a question.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

While the tool is great overall, I’ve noticed that the ease of integration can vary depending on which platform you’re connecting it with—most work smoothly, but some need extra setup. A few of the advanced features also feel a bit overwhelming at first, so there’s a small learning curve. Customer support is responsive, but I think more self-serve resources would make the onboarding even easier. We use it quite often, so little hiccups show up more, especially when relying on AI summaries for detailed conversations.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap is helping us cut down the time wasted on manual note-taking and follow-ups after meetings. Before, I’d spend 20–30 minutes writing summaries and updating our CRM, now it’s mostly automated. The AI transcription and summaries make it easy to revisit key moments without rewatching the whole call. It also helps with knowledge sharing—our team can quickly access highlights instead of sitting through long recordings. On top of that, having a single tool for meeting management, transcription, and conversation intelligence has reduced the number of apps we juggle, making our workflow much smoother.

You can quickly create short, focused recordings and let others respond in their own time. It speeds up decision-making and promotes transparency across teams. The UI is clean and fast, which makes adoption really easy—even for less tech-savvy teammates.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap is solving the problem of meeting overload and inefficient communication, especially in remote and hybrid teams. Before using Claap, we relied heavily on live meetings or lengthy documents to align on feedback, product decisions, or updates—which often led to delays, miscommunication, or wasted time. With Claap, we can share async video updates, walkthroughs, and requests for feedback, which others can watch and respond to on their own schedule. For remote or async teams, it’s a great way to keep everyone aligned without adding more meetings.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Overall, Claap works really well for our needs, but I’d love to see more integrations with other project management tools we use. Also, having a few more customization options for video playback and organization would make it even more powerful. These aren’t deal-breakers, just nice-to-have improvements.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap has helped our team cut down on unnecessary meetings by allowing us to share updates, demos, and feedback asynchronously. Instead of scheduling multiple calls, we can simply record a short video, share it with the team, and get time-stamped comments for quick input. ### 45. A smooth async communication tool perfect for remote game dev teams.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cihat Y. | Senior Game Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

Claap is incredibly useful for remote game development teams. The combination of screen recording and voice feedback makes sharing thoughts on visuals—like level design, UI transitions, and animations much more efficient. We use it mostly for asynchronous feedback, and it saves a lot of time by reducing the need for meetings. The UI is clean and very easy to learn. The comment system is especially helpful when multiple teammates need to give input.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Although the recordings are high quality, playback can occasionally lag on mobile browsers. Also, when there are too many recordings in a project, finding the right one can be difficult. The search and filtering system could be improved, and better organization (like tagging or nested folders) would make a big difference.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a game developer working with a remote team, Claap helps us replace live meetings with quick, focused screen recordings. We use it to capture gameplay footage, UI transitions, and bugs while adding voice commentary. This way, team members can watch and leave comments whenever they're available, which saves time and improves communication. It also helps us keep a visual record of feedback and changes during development.

  ### 46. Great experience and handy use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaurya J. | Marketing Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

Claap makes async collaboration incredibly smooth and human.
What I like best is how effortlessly I can record quick video walkthroughs, give visual feedback, or explain complex topics without needing to jump into meetings. The combination of screen + face recording, threaded comments, and auto-generated transcripts makes it easy for everyone—especially across time zones—to stay aligned and informed.

Claap’s UI is intuitive, sharing is seamless, and it’s become a go-to for onboarding, sprint reviews, product demos, and internal updates. It’s like Loom, Google Docs, and Slack had a baby—but purpose-built for async, actionable collaboration.

It’s not just video—Claap actually helps speed up decisions while cutting down on meeting bloat.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

While Claap is a fantastic async collaboration tool, there are a few small areas for improvement:

Limited Video Editing Capabilities
Once a video is recorded, there aren’t many editing options beyond basic trimming. More robust tools—like cutting sections, blurring sensitive info, or adding overlays—would be helpful, especially for client-facing recordings.

Occasional Performance Lag
Sometimes, when loading longer videos or navigating multiple Claaps in a row, there can be a slight lag or delay in playback—especially if internet speed isn’t strong.

Search and Organization Could Be Smarter
As the volume of recorded Claaps grows, it becomes harder to organize and search through older content. Better tagging, folders, or AI-powered search would make it easier to find past recordings quickly.

Mobile Experience Still Evolving
While the desktop experience is excellent, the mobile version is still limited. Viewing and engaging with Claaps on the go could be smoother with a more fully featured app.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap is helping us replace unnecessary meetings and misaligned feedback loops with clear, async communication.

Before Claap, we relied heavily on live meetings, long Slack threads, or scattered emails to explain updates, review designs, or walk through product ideas. That led to delays, missed context, and decision fatigue—especially across time zones and remote teams.

With Claap, we’re able to:

Record short video walkthroughs for product updates, campaign reviews, or demo feedback.

Collect clear, timestamped comments directly on the video, making feedback structured and actionable.

Cut down meetings by 40–50% since stakeholders can respond when it suits them—without losing clarity or momentum.

Build a video knowledge base for onboarding, training, and recurring processes—reusable, searchable, and context-rich.

It’s especially useful for cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and leadership—everyone gets the information they need, with the nuance of voice and visuals, without needing to sync calendars.

  ### 47. Helpful for async feedback but not without quirks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena T. | Freelance Email Marketer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Claap?**

As a tech writer, I often need to walk teammates through docs or product changes without constant meetings. Claap helps with that. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require a complicated setup, which made onboarding smooth. I also appreciated the personalized onboarding session they run every Tuesday, it made a big difference in understanding how to get the most out of the tool. I use it regularly to give context or get feedback, and the integration with tools like Slack and Notion fits well into my workflow. The feature set is focused but useful, especially the timeline commenting and screen recording. When I reached out to support, the response was quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

It took me a little time to figure out how to organize my videos and keep things from feeling cluttered. The transcription isn’t always accurate, especially with technical terms, which sometimes adds friction. It’s also a bit limited when I want to share videos externally, not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap helps reduce the need for live meetings by allowing me to share clear, recorded explanations of documentation, product changes, or workflows. It’s especially helpful when working across time zones or with teams that don’t always overlap in working hours. Instead of long email threads or unclear messages, I can record a short video, walk through the content, and let others comment directly on it. This has sped up reviews and improved the clarity of feedback. It also helps capture decisions and context in a more natural format than written notes.

  ### 48. Efficient Collaboration, But Paywall and Performance Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Claap?**

I appreciate how Claap makes asynchronous collaboration incredibly fast and straightforward. The quick video updates are genuinely effective at replacing meetings, making communication much clearer and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

I’m not a fan of the occasional performance hiccups, and I also find it frustrating that access to advanced features seems restricted by a paywall a bit too soon in the experience.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap is solving the classic modern-work mess: too many meetings, too much context lost in Slack threads, and zero accountability around decisions, and that benefits by saving hours every week, giving you crystal-clear async updates you can watch on your own time, and creating a searchable video record so nothing falls through the cracks

The platform in it's core it is very good, however, depending on who and the amount of users that it will benefit, this tool would be amazing if the free plan didn't have so many limitations on the recording of sessions , free platforms are good standard for organizations that are not very big and so dependent on the platform.

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claap is helping me solve inefficiencies in meeting management because it's reducing me the need for unnecessary meetings and enabling asynchronous communication. Instead of scheduling multiple live sessions, we can record quick video updates or walkthroughs and share them with the team. Everything connects smoothly with the tools we already use like email Slack and CRM

**What do you dislike about Claap?**

Learning curve is higher initially till you get a hang of things

**What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier I had to take notes during calls, write follow up emails, and update the CRM manually which took a lot of energy and usually half an hour or more after each meeting. Now Claap handles those parts for me so I can stay focused on the conversation.
