It's very easy to integrate and provide seamless implementation. If I am stuck at any point, Claap customer support team is available for help immediately. **What do you dislike about Claap?** I disliked this part of transcribing meetings. I want to have crystal clear notes of what each person is saying but when there are multiple people in the meetings, and they try to speak at the same time then notes and not clear and they are fumbled. So, I am not able to get clear idea what each person has said, and words are mixed up in that case. Also, I disliked the pricing for Pro and Business Plans they are on an expensive side.
