Although I would like to have a better sound recording (for example for meetings, where I'm in headphones). Video trimming would be also helpful. **What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?** It increase communication efficiency in our workflow. Also, it is clear and easy to organize your video materials in folders. Comments and reactions, as well as filters, are nice, but I don't use them as much. **What do you dislike about Claap?** Sometimes it does not record the camera, just the screen. There are some minor bugs, but essential stuff works more than fine. This is not a Claap problem, but people still prefers sync communication, but Claap is helpful to documentate some things. **What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documentate and explain things. For example, once I was working with a LA company (I am in Spain), finding the right moment to talk was difficult, so when I finish the deliverable I sent a Claap explaining it. ### 39. Workspaces - You can create both shared and private workspaces to group videos and share them with relevant co-workers 2. Markup comments in the video - you can highlight parts of the video and add comments - this makes it very easy for the viewer to get the key points in a video without having to watch the entire video. For viewers, it makes it easy to give very pointed feedback. Claap also happens to have the most generous free tier among comparable tools. **What do you dislike about Claap?** There is no way to add CTAs to videos as of now. This would be a good addition for sharing videos outside of the office. Also, sometimes opening videos in embed browsers in mobile has some issues. **What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small all-remote team and Claap enables us to do very good async communication. As an all-remote team tools like Slack takes out the necessity to always be online at the same time and jump on screen share every now and then which is also very disruptive to working. ### 47. The app is super simple to use and I have yet to find any particular feature I dislike. One of the main problems with async comms. is that even if you record a video, sometimes people need to still call you up and understand what you meant in the video or the audio.
