I like that we can track everything our customers are doing within the webinar. It is nice there is a tool to auto mute everyone. I like that once we create the webinar if we have it setup properly our team can run the webinars and we don't have to be there. It does automate a lot of stuff with us like the emails, handouts, etc. I dont have to do as much on the producer side of things like i did when we were on another platform. Once it is setup it is pretty simple to use! We use the product every single month.. some months maybe only 3 webinars and others there are a lot more. Our Customer Success Manager, Aaron is always so quick to respond and help us!! He has been awesome throughout our entire time with Big Marker!! I can email Aaron and he gets back to me so quickly! We love fast service as well as a main person to talk to at a company and not a service team to have to reach out to. I think the hardest part is all of the settings. Obviously their team will walk you through it all but it's hard to know what you might want and don't know it's there or don't know to ask for it. I think the hardest part is we want the webinars to work a specific way and they don't. So we have work arounds that enable us to still use it. I think we are an odd business case as how we need the webinars to happen...... for example I wish I could go into our series and say add a webinar every Friday from this day to this day at 10am and then i just enter in the titles.
