What do you like best about EventCreate?

What do you dislike about EventCreate?

The main downside I’ve run into so far is that email notifications to registrants often end up in their spam folder. This has caused issues with people not receiving the event invitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EventCreate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We host several client events throughout the year, and in the past we always had to use different platforms for registration or keep registration lists manually. This platform has made event registration seamless, letting us manage all of our events in one place. "EventCreate Streamlines Event Management, Minor Flexibility Issues"

What do you like best about EventCreate?

EventCreate has been a great all-in-one tool for managing our event—from creating the website to handling ticketing and email communication. I especially love the email template and blast functionality—being able to see who has incomplete registrations when selecting recipients has been incredibly helpful for growing our guest list. The ticketing and event site integration keeps everything seamless, and the Stripe connection is a great way to securely collect and store funds separately from my main bank account. What do you dislike about EventCreate?

My only real complaint is that some features could be a bit more flexible, especially when it comes to custom design options and email formatting. There’s also some occasional lag when viewing analytics or updating attendee lists. Based on what I’ve seen in other reviews, a few users have noted that customer support response times can vary, especially during peak event seasons. EventCreate solves the problem of outdated, clunky reunion and event websites. Most platforms feel old-fashioned or overly complicated, but EventCreate makes it easy to design a modern, clean, and user-friendly site that integrates ticketing, payments, and communication all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time and frustration managing RSVPs and payments for our class reunion. What do you like best about EventCreate?

The major problem the platform is solving is having the ability to build an event and audience invites in the same platform that can be announced via email without a lot of complexity. I am overjoyed to have found this platform because it has solved numerous problems including planning and scheduling events, creating content to publish on a website/email post and more importantly capturing the audience invites and attendance data with the platform. "The Whole Event Management Package at Your Fingertips! Easy Event Setup and Editing."

What do you like best about EventCreate?

I love how easy it is to setup the website for an event as well as the bulk upload of attendees. That just makes things so much easier. It is also great that you can go back and edit even after you publish the site. There are so many features to chose from as well which helps you make your website as complex or simple as you would like without having any website building experience. What do you dislike about EventCreate?

When considering the upfront cost compared to the monthly fee, I noticed that the annual plan is much more affordable than paying month to month. Although I don't need the service for an entire year, the yearly rate is significantly better. I appreciate being able to manage all aspects of my events in one place, on a single platform, without needing to buy several different apps just to achieve the level of cohesiveness I want. What do you like best about EventCreate?

I found the tool easy to use. Set up and editing is easy. The pricing of the pro package seems reasonable. The only drawback is not being able to charge for one sub-registered event and to not charge for the other. Other than that, so far so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EventCreate?

I like how user friendly it is. There are no messy bells and whistles - it's easy to navigate and it was exactly what you need to put together a professional, clean event page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EventCreate?

There are still glitches and limitations. For example, the "Sponsors" section of the edit website has limited movement - it's difficult to position the logos in the size and order and spacing in the way you want. I think there should be a little more freedom to play with the real estate of the event pages. That is just one example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EventCreate?

It's easy to set up, and I appreciate that it offers the ability to add custom questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EventCreate?

They only allow one Stripe account per user account, which was limiting for our needs. The integration with HubSpot relied on Zapier, resulting in extra costs. Additionally, the number of live events available was quite limited. We also had to manually export event data to our CRM, which was time-consuming.
