I think the way ADP TotalSource handles review forms could be better. The default forms for quarterly or annual reviews don't quite fit our company's unique needs. I would say having a more robust app, more something that's a little bit more modern. A lot of the employees that we work with often complain whether it's a technical issue or something that they are actually having issues with they don't fully grasp. Sometimes it's hard to log in, and it takes time. I'm not sure if it's a software update or what, but sometimes it gives me trouble. I want to be able to log in and log out from my phone or laptop with no issue. It shouldn't be asking me to enter a code if I'm logging in from my devices; it should just recognize them.
