The only thing I can think of with ADP TotalSource is the higher cost compared to other providers that offer similar services. It's not really an issue with ADP itself, but our property management system or dealer management system does not connect with our payroll providers, which makes us do double the work. Some of the messages are cryptic, when an issue is flagged by the system. I would prefer the simple explanation, so that I may hand it off to someone else. While I have been doing this for 25 years, not everyone has. We do not take advantage of integration, as a small company not needed. The reporting is good, unless you need specific, then figuring out the choices is at times problematic. The Marsh site can take time to get "custom requirements" for certificates.
