The ease of use - The ability to drill into who influences who in an org is pretty helpful. You have the ability to drag and drop people in where you please - If for example you are trying to penetrate a line of business you arent in yet but you know someone from LOB #2 who has a good relationship with the target person you have that insight Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User interface could use some work. It is not easy on the eyes, but it does the job its intended too. Another thing that could use some work is the turn around time on customer support tickets. It fluctuates, sometimes they are quick at getting back and resolving the ticket while other times it could be days without a response prompting you to have to follow up.
