**What do you like best about OrgChartPlus?**

The ease of use - The ability to drill into who influences who in an org is pretty helpful. You have the ability to drag and drop people in where you please - If for example you are trying to penetrate a line of business you arent in yet but you know someone from LOB #2 who has a good relationship with the target person you have that insight 

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

User interface could use some work.  It is not easy on the eyes, but it does the job its intended too. Another thing that could use some work is the turn around time on customer support tickets. It fluctuates, sometimes they are quick at getting back and resolving the ticket while other times it could be days without a response prompting you to have to follow up. 

**Recommendations to others considering OrgChartPlus:**

I would make sure that you receive a through Demo of the product. This product has a great product roadmap that you should ask about - Features being released will solve some use cases.

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our use case was to make sure our sales team was talking to the right EB and stakeholders at a company in order to close the deal. It has been helpful to be able to see who from an internal standpoint has a connection to the client and to leverage them into helping with insights

**What do you like best about OrgChartPlus?**

Easy drag and drop tool. Once we asked about customisation, and clarified the flexibility of the tool to write data to our CRM system, it really opened up avenues we had not been able to consider before - or we weren't able to previously find a solution too. OCP is a great tool and I would advocate it. 
The ability to integrate competitors, colleagues, and contacts from other accounts, is a great addition that accommodates the reality of relationships. The team were really supportive and did a great job of implementation and also the customisation that we asked them to do. 

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

Reporting on the social relationship lines is currently an issue, but we know this is part of the development roadmap the the benefits we currently get out of OCP far outway the things that are currently in development. 

**Recommendations to others considering OrgChartPlus:**

This is an amazing gem, hard to find but once you have, you will ask yourself what you were doing before you found OCP! Make sure you ask about customisation and writing data back to contact profiles. The tool can be so much more if you ask the right questions! 

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapping organisations, creating rich, colourful and diverse stakeholder maps and org charts; whilst profiling customers with actions that can write back data directly against the contact's profile. This tool provides an easy way to "extract knowledge", from our staff and ultimately turn it in to intellectual property.

**What do you like best about OrgChartPlus?**

It's integration to SFDC is unmatched.  If you have contacts associated with an account or an opportunity, it will import directly into the OrgChartPlus.  Further, you can add new contacts directly into OrgChartPlus and it backfills into SFDC. I also like the ability to draw informal relationships. 

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

no issues.  It works as promised. I've used it in both Classic and Lightning

**Recommendations to others considering OrgChartPlus:**

works great in both Classic and Lightning. There is a special install . you can do in lightning so it shows up as an object without clicking into a button

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use OrgChartPlus to give executives at our company a birds eye view into our major customers and prospects to get clear where the selling needs to occur.

**What do you like best about OrgChartPlus?**

This is a very easy to use tool from start to finish. It was easy to install and set up from an admin perspective, training end users took less than 30 minutes, and there have been no issues since deploying. 

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

I wish the legend feature would permanently stay on the screen. I also wish there was an auto-save function after 3-4 minutes so you don't lose all your work if you forget to hit 'Save'

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrgChartPlus is helping our sales team build org charts in a efficient manor and allowed us to collaborate effectively for multiple account managers.

The ease of use - the roll out went very smooth.  The reps love the drag and drop  - as well as the integration to Salesforce.  As well, there is a lot you can customize to the solution.

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

Nothing comes to mind at this time. If anything, we need to get better at the Molecule view which is on us.

**Recommendations to others considering OrgChartPlus:**

Great bunch of folks with a great product.  They are willing to jump on the phone at the drop of a hat if you need any help - very responsive.

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce just lists a bunch of contacts - OrgChart Plus allows you to visualize and share your strategy to get to key targets.

**What do you like best about OrgChartPlus?**

The Org Chart functionality helps to visualise the customer environment, seeing who are the main contacts and their influencers. The molecule view helps me to find different ways to try and contact the key decision makers. 

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

The interface still seems a little basic and doesn't match the Salesforce standards - but I know the team are working to fix this! 

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We try to make sure that our customer contact map is as big as possible so that we can triangulate responses to our questions across the organization. OrgChartPlus helps us do this quickly and efficiently

**What do you like best about OrgChartPlus?**

The integration with Salesforce.com was critical.  The setup was done in a day. There is basic customization available for our business requirements and the data entry can be done in orgchart and pushed to SF.com or vise versa.

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

There is a bit of a learning curve for those not familiar with Sf.com but the tutorial makes it easy.  Sometimes the org chart doesn't build correctly but it usually because of user error and easily fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering OrgChartPlus:**

I love this product. It is simple to set up and has a nice video tutorial. We use OrgChartPlus to supplement TAS plans and provide visibility to the relationships within an account.

**What do you like best about OrgChartPlus?**

I like the simplicity of creating workforce planning charts to present to my team. I am not the best at charting, and this product helps me tremedously!

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

I wish after a certain period of time that my information and work would save automatically. Sometimes I get sidetracked, or pulled in another direction, and leave my work to come back to later.

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to view information as a team and add or remove anything at anytime that we feel will be beneficial to our team. Our meetings are more productive because everyone has access to the same visuals!

I like the 2-way integration with SF, the ability to assign people/relationship nuances, and the separation of account views vs. opportunity views

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

I'd really like to have the ability to annotate the orgcharts such as drawing a box around groups or adding text that link the chart to our account/opp plan.

**Recommendations to others considering OrgChartPlus:**

OrgCharts are mainly a general status, not a plan of action.  I'd really like to have an account/opp plan integrated into the tool.

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly a consistent, shared viewed of an account or opp that our commercial team can see.  I find it helpful particularly in bringing in new sales people or others that need to be caught up on account context.

If used correctly the product can be a powerful tool to understand the hierarchy of an org.

The UI, and also that charts cannot be translated from an account to an opp. I hear that this will change in the new release though.

We need to understand all the stakeholders involved in our deals.

OrgChartPlus makes mapping an organization so much easier than creating PPT sldies.  Visually very appealing and very easy to use!

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

There was nothing about OrgChart Plus that I dislike.

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to understand our customer's organization/relationship mapping and what that meant for us. OrgChartPlus has enabled us to create detailed org charts and develop steps to take to help build plans to elevate relationships and align key stakeholders.

Love the attributes that you can assign to contacts. Really helped us map out our level of intimacy within the org 

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

Either I cannot figure it out or it doesn't have that function but I really wish that the contacts once imported would sort based on departments. There is no way of sorting that out when doing the org chart which in turns takes up A LOT of time for us to put it together 

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Level of connection and barrier to entry within an org. 

Once mapped out... you can get a clear picture of where you need to target.

Customizing beyond their 'out of the box' orgchart relationship and influence values requires coding knowledge,

Train sales team and produce documentation (SLAs, how-tos) for adoption if not led by a top down initiative.

Driving deals forward using orghcarts to build relationships and identify gaps. We use these in opportunity review calls at the executive level.

Integration to Salesforce is a big plus. My project managers love it. Very easy to use. Drag and drop interface.

If you're not familiar it's a little difficult but the tutorial they provide is the solution to that, so definitely do the tutorial.

Be sure to train the sales team on this so they can get maximum use out of it.

Great for helping people get caught up on the account.

The ability to drag and drop names and create trees separate from each other when you don't know the exact hierarchy or connection points. 

**What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?**

Separation from the way SFDC is used and the UI/UX. It feels very early 2000's in design versus 2020. 

**What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding how our enterprise prospects and clients are organized internally so that we can know our blindspots.

The product is easy to use and visual. It makes navigating large organizations and their decision trees easier.

The training was very fast paced, and at points were difficult to keep up with.

We have a long complex sales cycle with very large institutions, this is providing clarity into the decision making team.

You can create intuitive and insightful org charts using contacts across multiple accounts in just a couple minutes.

Some technical knowledge is needed to adjust the base configuration, but their documentation does help.
