Sometimes the updates come a little late. Also, some charts are hard to understand at first glance, and I need to spend some time reading them to figure out what they mean. There also isn’t an agent who can help me navigate directly to what I’m looking for or give a straightforward answer; instead, I get pointed to company resources, even when that data is already present in the ADP platform. One hesitation that organization's may identify when evaluating ADP TotalSource is the fact that you are entering into a co-employment relationship. ADP can’t seem to differentiate between people who work at multiple places that all use ADP. This is especially true in New York City, where it feels like every theatre and museum uses it, even though they’re all separate entities. Hmmm I've had good experience with it, but there are few areas I would appreciate the team to improve. Some pages are a bit cluttered and it's a bit difficult to select the option I'll be looking for at one go, reports should be more customizable without calling the ADP reporting team. ADP TotalSource is a great benefit to my company, especially as we only have one HR person. The support of our Executive Account Rep. is phenomenal and has been critical to our business for the past 5 years now. THey have helped us through many employee relation items, ADP supports us with UI claims, Workers Comp, the recruiting tool is very easy. Sometimes there are outages at ADP for one service or another and we are not notified in advance. Also, when something new is introduced we do hear about it from our account rep. but is seems like there could be more training/communication pushes when this happens so we know right away. I like that ADP TotalSource is convenient and can be used on my phone, so I don't have to be on a computer to use it. I think the only downside to ADP total sauce is it is a program that the younger generation will more understand than the older generation. The older generation does not like the quickness of it even though it is something that you can see hand on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
