ADPTS is not a cheap date. But the old adage rings true - you get what you pay for. They provide value for the cost of the services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

Besides processing our payroll, handling benefits, 401K administration and Workers' Compensation, we use their systems for timekeeping, recruitment and performance management. Our HR Business Partner is in sync with our core values and understands the dynamics of our industry. We are in over 20 states and they help us navigate those legally required differences. For us, the price point continues to be a concern. If we ever leave ADP TotalSource, it would be for cost-saving reasons. Also, ADP TotalSource is sometimes less customizable than building your own HR platform from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
