Face Up is a B2B SaaS authoring tool for conversational simulations with AI avatars, used by training organizations and corporate L&D teams to create practice-based exercises in relational skills. Trainers use Face Up to turn case studies into role-play scenarios in which a learner holds a live conversation with an AI avatar playing a customer, a colleague or another counterpart. Scenario creation is no-code: trainers define the context, the persona, the objectives and the evaluation criteria using their own pedagogical frameworks. During a session, trainers can observe the conversation live and replay it afterward with timestamps. Face Up generates a structured debriefing that analyzes the exchange across verbal and non-verbal dimensions, including content, tone, posture and emotions. The product includes a catalogue of pre-built scenarios for sectors such as transport, banking and retail, and offers native integrations with learning management systems including Moodle, Rise Up, Docebo and LearnUpon.
