The ease of use. The way that I can create many different types of materials for different learning styles.

I like that my customers can submit requests that can then be approved and turned into projects quickly and easily. I like the ability to track the actual hours spent on a task and not just the projected hours.

I would say the easy-to-understand UI and configuration portal make it one of the easiest tools I've helped implement in my career. It doesn't try to reinvent the wheel. It uses the best methods available to get your L&D on track as efficiently as possible. This is especially useful for any L&D team that hasn't previously utilized a platform for things like utilization metrics and organizing process flows.
