It is easy to use for our diverse team and has even surpassed the expectations of those who are not tech savy by having a simple dashboard to view, and easy management instruction. The team is always very responsive and we have loved working with our account management! **What do you dislike about Travitor?** We were hoping to have integration directly into our HRIS system that would save employee training completion certificates. We would also feel it would be nice to have an option for Travitor to integrate with other trainings from a state website, so we do not need to lead our employees to navigate to both sites. **What problems is Travitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assisting in allowing us to meet our federal and state compliance for all of our employees to complete and document their required trainings or our non-for-profit company. ### 2. I also love how easy it is to create and add our own content so we can truly have all created content in one spot. **What do you dislike about Travitor?** The reporting feature feels a little obtuse, like I have to really search for my answers. They're all there, just not as simple to find as I'd like. **What problems is Travitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a one stop place for all trainings that is easy to access and navigate as well as tracks completions by date and user. Since it integrates with Bamboo, Travitor is always up to date on users so I don't have to create new users and remember to remove terminated folks. It also reminds folks when trainings are coming due or over due and I love not having to that myself. ### 3. This is going to bring the training component to a whole new level! ### 6. I also like the ability to pull reports as well as the awesome customer service. **What do you dislike about Travitor?** I wish Travitor had a better search engine with one that was more specific and allowed the user to filter options. I also wish there was an option to preview a course or masquerade as a certain user in order to see the course from a different perspective rather than switch accounts each time. I dislike the organization of the home page and think that there would be a better way to layout the content with different sections that are in a relevant manner to the user. I also would love for the ability to go back to lessons that have been completed. Individual user-facing libraries would also be a great feature as well. This way we could group courses into like features. **Recommendations to others considering Travitor:** The ability to enter in trouble tickets would also be helpful! **What problems is Travitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Travitor we are able to have all of our eLearning content in one location, assign homework and prework, and upload different file types. ### 7. Can assign users and they are automatically informed they have a course/courses to complete. **What do you dislike about Travitor?** If you want to change the quiz type from video only to video and quiz you have to delete the video and start over or if you want to change the times of the quiz markers you have to delete all and start over. **Recommendations to others considering Travitor:** We looked at multiple solutions and selecting Travitor was definitely the right choice for us! **What problems is Travitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** E-training remote users. Utilizing the quizzes to make sure they are understanding what they are suppoed to be learning. ### 8. If you want to assign the same course as last year to the same learner, it requires copying the course and then re-assigning it. Taking the same course without copying doesn't exist. **What problems is Travitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training on regulatory and internal office items. Tracking of those items as well. ### 9.
