I really like how Tasklists and Flows help us train our stakeholders in a structured and scalable way. Tasklists give users a path to follow with step-by-step instructions on what to do. Flows are like a guide that shows them how to do things in time right inside the application. This means we do not have to rely much on traditional training methods and our onboarding process is more hands-on and efficient. Using Tasklists and Flows together helps our users learn faster feel more confident and do things the way across all teams. What I like best about Whatfix is that it is easy to create guidance for our users without needing to know how to code. I like features like Flows, Pop-ups, Beacons and Smart Tips because they help us assist our users in a way that makes sense for what they're doing. Whatfix is easy to use and flexible so we can customize the experience for our users based on how they behave. I also like the tools that help us see how users interact with the platform because they give us ideas, for how to make things better.
