It provides 24/7 customer support.
All in one platform for readers and publishers.
It is accessible in both android and ios, windows and mac

**What do you dislike about Kitaboo?**

I feel like Pricing is a little high and can be reduced upto some extent.

**What problems is Kitaboo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a all in one platform for both readers and publishers.
It provides different packages like Silver and Gold package from which the customer can choose as per their needs.

**What do you like best about Kitaboo?**

Easy platform to use and great for converting any printed docs. Once everything is converted ease of use across tablets and phones is great and super easy to use on a daily basis. Customer support was great and made the integration and implementation of the product supper smooth.

**What do you dislike about Kitaboo?**

It is a bit on the pricy side but overall a great product to have for larger companies

**What problems is Kitaboo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to transfer handbooks and other large documents into a format that can be accessible on many different devises at one time is great.
