**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

I really like how easy it is to manager users - we've tried a number of different LMS's and this one comes out tops for ease of use across all areas.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

So far the support has been amazing, the team are always quick to response with any questions but I wish there were a few more support articles.

**Recommendations to others considering RedSeed:**

The team were great at taking a holistic approach to our training with us and have been instrumental in our business growth. We didn't feel like they signed us up then forgot about us...which has been like a breath of fresh air.

If you choose to use RedSeed - make use of their expertise and insights! We didn't initially, and if we had we would have avoided a lot of necessary cost and frustration.

**What problems is RedSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We picked RedSeed because we were looking for a platform that could house our sales training (all the standard requirements - reporting, dashboards etc) but we actually ended up dropping our training and using their sales training course because it was far superior! Since implementing we've seen cost savings from an admin perspective plus we've been seeing an overall improvement in sales.

**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

You get the opportunity to go back pages and correct or review your answers. Some answers are very similar, so instead of just being completely wrong you can go back and change the answer ( usually the answer you knew you should of pick the first time haha).
I liked that fact that it was very easy to follow, I'm not the best person when it comes to computers ( A little old school), so if I could do it anyone can, I didn't need to ask for help.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

It was  a little boring in parts, which made it hard to stay 100% focused. Some parts became a little monotonous, going over the same scenario, just in a different way. Makes you feel a little stupid I guess and some of the answers could of gone either way, some may of still been correct, but not the one that was required. So on some of the questions I felt a little defeated as I have been working in the industries for just over 35 years.

**Recommendations to others considering RedSeed:**

My only advise would be to, give it a go. It's easy to use for all age groups, it's informative, interactive  and there is help available if you need it, just a click away.

**What problems is RedSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completing or closing the sale!!
I have worked in retail for  just over 35 years and this made me realize that some of my sales techniques that I have been using are not the best way of selling. So this program has shown me a lot more new techniques to improve my performance as a sales person and the way that I train my staff as well.
  The program has made my staff discuss the training among them selves, to me that shows one of two things:
1. They enjoyed the training program
2. That they have taken something away from the training program

Either way it is a positive outcome.

**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

Red Seed can be personalised to your business which is what we have chosen to do. The team are super supportive and available for technical assistance and advice. The product has been well received by our retail sales staff and comments from managers and customers show us that the Red Seed platform has improved the customer experiences we are able to provide.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

I genuinely cannot think of a downside. It is a useful investment and we look forward to experiencing the product further.

**What problems is RedSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Becoming better at interacting with customers, asking open ended questions, overcoming barriers, and closing the sale.

**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

Redseed offers a blended learning experience via an online platform with the ability to utilise long answer questions, practical coaching and effective feedback. The system is easy to use and content loko sand feels engaging to0 users.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

It would be great to have the ability to record offline training completions within the system.

**Recommendations to others considering RedSeed:**

I would recommend the Redseed team and their platform to anyone looking for an LMS. They are innovative and very open to incorporating your ideas and needs in the system.

**What problems is RedSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redseed allows us to provde consistent training across all fo our teams. It is easy to create and publish content and reporting is reliable and easy to use. We  have seen customer satisfactio across our store networks increase as teams become confioedent and skilled in service.

**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

My team have been using RedSeed training to up-skill on the Weber product and sales knowledge. We've enjoyed how interactive and engaging the training has been, with plenty of videos and quizzes. Also great that you can do the training from anywhere - super useful in these unusual times.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

It would be good if you could skip courses and move to the ones that are most useful for your individual development. Some team members have felt that they don't need to do the initial courses as they have been working with Weber products and attending trainings for several years now - but they would like to move straight to the new season product training.

**Recommendations to others considering RedSeed:**

Highly recommended. If you're looking for a flexible, engaging, high quality training system - RedSeed is the one for you!

**What problems is RedSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training from a distance - normally we have great training delivered by Weber, with us all travelling from across the country to one place. Obviously that has been more difficult in recent times, so it's been great to still have access to high quality training from a distance. It's also proved useful that my team can dip in and out of the training courses as time allows - easy to fit around other tasks in the working day.

**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

The ability to develop a course that can reach every store throughout New Zealand without the need to travel or congregate in one particular place is superb. We are able to reach over 150 team members simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

There hasn't been any negatives I've found and over the time I have worked with RedSeed (over 12 years and 3 companies) that the Team are happy to listen and develop whatever is needed.

**What problems is RedSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Franchises are always difficult to introduce training with, the ease of use on the LMS has really cut through with my current group who have historically not supported person to person training.

  ### 7. Easy User Management, Fast Support, Awesome Reporting Dashboard

**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

The dashboard views made it easy to track progress without having to export a spreadsheet and muck around with excel for hours on end. User management also ticked all the boxes for use - we use RedSeed to deliver product knowledge training across 4 continents  and so having a platform that kept user management and reporting simple (and fast) was an important feature for us. We went through several different LMS's before we settled on the RedSeed LMS and it was the best option by far.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

There's not too much we don't like about the RedSeed LMS - although we had a requirement for multilingual support which isn't a feature (yet) we managed a workaround using some of the automation tools to enrol the right people in the right xAPI courses.

**Recommendations to others considering RedSeed:**

Make use of your account manager - they know how to help you get the most out of your business.

**What problems is RedSeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being an NZ-based manufacturer, training retailers in other countries has always been a problem. We're a luxury brand, and telling our brand story has been difficult when it comes to consistency and entrusting third-parties to deliver consistent training face-to-face. With RedSeed we were able to deliver something that was entirely on-brand for us.

The videos were engaging and short which meant you didn’t get bored. Easy information to retain.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

The background was a little boring or the “cube store” made me giggle and not take it seriously

**Recommendations to others considering RedSeed:**

It’s a great platform, other staff find it fun fresh and informative. I think the best part is it is different to training someone. It really makes a difference

Pressing the next button on the phone is really hard as it is sometimes covered by the scroll button. Having the buttons at the bottom of the screen away from the side would help us

**What do you like best about RedSeed?**

RedSeed is user-friendly, super flexible and meets our business needs. The Management Dashboard provides a succint and helpful overview of our trainees' progress. Training content is enaging, interactive and professionally produced. Customer service and support from RedSeed is excellent and responsive.

**What do you dislike about RedSeed?**

Nothing! Whenever we've worked with RedSeed they've been responsive to our needs.

We have busniess units spread across a wide geographical area.  RedSeed allows us to provide on demand learning solutions when and where where we need it, simply and effectively.

The modules were not too large which meant I didn’t have to train for extended periods of time.

The coaching aspect at times slowed me down when I was in a training mindset.

RedSeed is an intuitive and easy to use platform with engaging content. I've been using RedSeed for over 5 years now. And their support team (especially Regan) are always super helpful and very quick to resolve any issue.

I can't think of anything that I dislike at this time.

**Recommendations to others considering RedSeed:**

RedSeed is an AWESOME tool and their Help and Support is amazing. I'd recommend RedSeed to anyone considering an easy, intuitive LMS.

Single platform for the whole company. We use RedSeed mainly for Sales training and it is proving effective in our Retail environment.
