I like that Whatfix provides help to users where they need it, and it offers real user usage data to leaders and change teams to improve the system. Customer service is top tier, and Mirror is an amazing tool for early adoption. During UAT, it's become increasingly valuable for our SMEs and Change Champions. The team's willingness to truly partner with us and being SCORM compliant are fantastic. It would be great for them to partner with software companies to get their training manuals to simplify onboarding, like partnering with IBM.
