**What do you like best about Mirror?**

- Safe, real app-like practice without touching live data.
- No need for extra sandboxes or heavy IT work.
- It enables self-study with PDFs, videos, and hands-on exercises for both Key Users and End Users

**What do you dislike about Mirror?**

Occasional technical glitches can slow things down, and reporting on progress for Mirror flow creation isn’t as fast or detailed as we’d like

**What problems is Mirror solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mirror tackles two big headaches:

1. Training without risk: People can learn in a realistic setup without touching live systems, so no accidental damage or data issues.
2. No sandbox chaos: Forget spinning up extra environments or chasing IT support—Mirror makes it simple.

And the bonus? It turns training into a self-service experience with PDFs, videos, and hands-on exercises, so Key Users and End Users can learn at their own pace. For Heineken’s Digital Backbone, that means faster onboarding, smoother change adoption, and confident users ready for go-live.

**What do you like best about Mirror?**

Mirror allows my learners to experience and interact with new workflows, ideas, and experiences without having the worry of executing those actions wrong in the live environment. It helps create practice and ease of mind.

**What do you dislike about Mirror?**

creating a mirror can be tricky sometimes on our custom platform but it is not all of the time.

**What problems is Mirror solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing our learners to experience our new platform prior to going live and supplementing training by giving our learners a hands-on approach to experiencing new workflows.
