As the Artistic Director of JY Dance, I provide professional arts education and performance choreography, primarily for primary students in collaboration with international schools. A major challenge for us was administration; we handled all of our own fee collection and registration manually using Excel. This process was not only time-consuming but also left our documents scattered and disorganized.
I was particularly interested when I learned that Flowclass was a startup founded by a team of local university graduates. I believe it's so important to support the bravery of local entrepreneurs, and I was excited to give their platform a try.
Since adopting Flowclass, our entire administrative workflow has been streamlined. Sending registration links to parents, collecting tuition, issuing receipts, and even tracking our income is now convenient and direct. When we first started working together in the early days of Flowclass, we naturally encountered some technical issues. However, their team was always incredibly diligent and did everything they could to assist us. While no platform is perfect, and there is always room for improvement, what impressed me the most was the technical team's attitude. They are always willing to listen to suggestions and are committed to improving their product.
