In my experience reviewing a high quantity of applicants in workable can be more time consuming than with other tools such as Greenhouse. What's your experience?

I used different portals, which use AI and ML techniques to find the resumes. It uses the job description to pull out resumes and rank them in the order on base of the key words.

The scheduling system locks out once the candidate is in interviews, but there can be last minute swaps and sometimes i cannot make those changes on lever.

I'm not always sure what managers can see or not see in the system and still not sure if I have them setup with the correct rights to approve time off and correct time cards for their respective employees.

I feel like the custom reporting is very robust but not too user friendly and sometimes the canned reports just don't cover what is needed to be pulled from the payroll database.
