# "How can I reduce the irrelevant profiles showing up while searching a particular profile?"

Many times while searching a particular profile lets say for example: Project manager 
I will use certain Boolean strings for getting a project manager profiles, then the Ceipal shows some 1000+ profiles which are matching my keywords and job titles. In those 1000+ profiles only 100 profiles belongs to project manager and the remaining profiles are of either windows admins, systems engineers, Business analysts or some web developers. So if possible try to reduce those irrelevant profiles showing up.

Use specific key words in search string 
If you want candidates who's work title as project manager. Put that key word in job title  "project manager"

Use of specific key words will help filtering your search and it makes your string specific to your description like if you really looking for a PM then we can use PMI, PMO, PMP like words.

You should have to insert specific and relevant search strings, and should use integrated search .
If you want to search perfect candidates then try to inter the skills you want in search strings with the proper usage of following :-

2.and
3.or
4. ()

I find TalentHire's search function works like Boolean searches, so you will need to include more strict search terms, We also find that putting a job title in the Skills and Expertise helps for future searches, when you have recurring jobs or talents.
