Now, with Cegid we are able to track and update all those under one software without any need to go to any other software, which saves us a lot of time. I also enjoyed working with the product as it made tracking our applicants much easier. I was also a big fan of the resume mining within the system. After a big enough pipeline was created, that was always my "go to" when sourcing for specific qualifications. **What do you dislike about Cegid PeopleNet?** The product seemed a little out dated when I used it, however they were in the middle of a migration to a new platform, Unfortunately I left that position before I had the opportunity to use it. However, at my new position I was able to demo the new product and thought it was terrific in it's look and feel. **Recommendations to others considering Cegid PeopleNet:** I would recommend this product to anyone! Great company, good people and useful products! I also recommend that anyone doe 4-5 demos with different companies to get a good feel for what is available out there as well as the difference in pricing. **What problems is Cegid PeopleNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using the product for ATS, reporting and on boarding.
