TurboHire utilizes technology to make the hiring process hassle-free and data-rich for recruiters in every stage of the recruitment cycle. 

A. Candidate Sourcing 

Turbohire makes candidate sourcing extremely efficient by allowing recruiters to form a centralized resume repository on the platform while sourcing candidates form multiple job portals and social media. The amazing part of the candidate sourcing via Turbohire is that your candidates will be able to apply to your jobs with a drop of their CV using the JustDropYourResume framework and hence improving candidate experience right from the time they show interest in your jobs.

Further, if a recruiter has received a lot of candidates from other sources then can upload the resumes in bulk by just uploading the candidate CVs without having to fill any structured information.

B. Candidate Screening 
Turbohire combines the power of Natural Language Processing and Data Science to give a human-like AI to Recruiters. Turbohire helps in converting the resume database in multiple formats (like rtf, docx, png) into smart cards. These smart cards are AI-enhanced and provide education, skillsets, social media profiles, work experience, and job compatibility scores. 

Turbohire helps in screening candidates by allowing recruiters to the following: 

i. Ideal Calibration Score – Define your ideal candidate for the job and let the intelligence rank all the candidates based on your ideal candidate.

ii. Keyword Filtering – Skim through a pile of candidate CVs by defining your skill and keyword criteria. TurboHire allows you to generate complex-Boolean queries right from the system.

iii. Education Context – Quickly find out which candidates have studied at Top Colleges and based on their educational qualifications.

iv. Work Context ­– It is always almost the case that hiring people with a certain kind of work background helps in retaining and conversion. Utilize the previous experience-based filters to quickly narrow your funnel

v. Competency – Utilize the advanced taxonomy of skills to find people who have experience in certain kind of competency

Thus, Turbohire uses technology to reduce manual repetitive tasks and increasing focus on candidate screening and assessment with the help of advanced AI tools.
