# What is Talent Intelligence in TurboHire?

I'm looking to understand more on the intelligence aspect of TurboHire and how it helps recruiters in their recruitment activities

Talent Intelligence is a set of AI-tools for recruiters which improves recruitment experience by aiding in increasing data points and hassle-free information availability. 

    
1. Resume Parser 

The intelligent Resume parser gets structured data from the resume written in any format. The information is divided into work experience, skill sets, education and personal information. 

2. AI-enhanced Profile 

The information received from the resume parser is further enhanced to categorize the information for better understanding. The tiers of colleges, the company type and company industry, as well as competency scores, are calculated based on the information provided by the candidate and ideal candidate requirements posted by recruiters. 

3. Fetch Social Profiles 

With a single click on the candidate profile cards, the API will fetch social profiles for the recruiters to add another layer for contacting and assessing candidates. 

Talent Intelligence makes it easier to overlay real-world information on top of resume data and make better decisions about talent.
