# Why does Bullhorn slow down often?

Often, Bullhorn is slow or crashes, what can I do to ensure the crashes end? 

Can my job postings be directed to job boards such as ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn?

Bullhorn often has issues with crashing or slow. Biggest suggestion is to continually report these issues to Bullhorn Helpdesk. 

Yes, you can use the job board publishing to connect Bullhorn to Job Boards such as Zip Recruiter (though I am not sure about LinkedIn). The system administrator for your organization will have to set this up.
