# Are you planning in adding the AI and ML techniques too

I used different portals, which use AI and ML techniques to find the resumes. It uses the job description to pull out resumes and rank them in the order on base of the key words.

Thanks for your question Jason. We infact have the AI techniques already in place for candidate mapping and job search. Our platform has the capabilities to parse resumes, search suitable candidates and also rank them based on similar keywords (apart from the exact match). 

We also have automated the process of consolidating jobs from multiple job boards, career sites across the web.

We have many more exciting updates coming up with AI & ML as the core focus. So stay tuned…
