Higher Ed has some unique rules on compensation, and some hierarchical structure requirements. If we would be able to connect with another community college or someone dealing with the different pay types, we may be able to resolve our own questions without waiting for the customer support team.

I'm in the mindset of saying although I love the fast speed of implementation, I feel there is no ownership from the implementation team, I believe they should put more effort in ensuring the customers full utilise the tool. The less utilisation the higher the risk of losing that customer.

Why is it that Leave Managment should be provided only by Manager consent, is it how usually it works?
If this feature was not there, employee could have marked their leaves without any consent making it more comfy
