What do you like best about Paperform?
My business and many of my clients depend on Paperform. I have used this product nearly every day for years now, and have never once considered going elsewhere.
It is very easy to create a new form, and their built-in AI tool has made this even easier, at times.
But all of this is not the reason I took 10 minutes out of my day to leave this review.
Here's why: their company culture truly cares about me as a customer.
Let me explain -
Whenever I reach out to Paperform's customer service team via chat, I get a live human quickly. And that person is the ONLY person I ever have to speak to, to get a solution (unless it's some very technical bug, but even then, they take care of it behind the scenes).
I've come to their support with simple questions and gotten quick answers.
I've also come to their support bringing long assessments with back-end calculations needed . If the solution was simple, they would share the steps I needed to take, then stay with me to ensure it all worked as described.
But there have been multiple times that the calculation I needed for a form was complex and custom. Instead of sending me to documentation or listing steps to take, their team has literally BUILT the calculations for us, then walked me through implementation and testing to make sure it worked as desired.
In other words, they have done (free) development work to help us get the solution that we needed.
I don't wear branded t-shirts as a general rule. But when Paperform opened its swag store, I bought two shirts. Now all my kids know the name.
I would recommend Paperform, both the product and the company, to everyone. Their company culture of going the extra mile for customers SHINES through. In other words, I would recommend Paperform to people who just want to know how to run a good company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
