"Quick, Polished Forms with Smart Formatting and Logic"
4/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

What I value most about Paperform is how quick it is to build polished forms for all kinds of office admin work. I’m the Office Operations & Administrative Coordinator at Meridian Executive Partners, and I juggle a lot of internal requests every day. Before Paperform, I was stuck clunky basic form builders that limited layout choices, or I’d fall back on shared documents which looked messy and were hard to organize.

The custom formatting options are what really make a difference for our small executive office. A couple weeks ago, I needed to put together an internal request form for conference room bookings and executive meeting catering submissions. With Paperform, I could drop in images, tweak text styling, and arrange the fields to match our brand without touching any code. I also set up conditional logic so if someone selected catering for a large meeting, extra questions popped up about dietary restrictions and serving times. It worked perfectly, and the finished form felt professional enough to send out to leadership.

I also appreciate how seamlessly it handles notifications. Whenever someone submits a request, Paperform shoots an alert straight to my inbox. I don’t have to keep logging in to check for new entries constantly. Responses get compiled automatically, so I can view all submissions in one dashboard or export them when I need to pull together a summary for our monthly operations review.

It’s really approachable too. I don’t have any formal web design background, so I don’t want to fight with complicated tools just to spin up a form. Whether I’m building supply request forms, visitor sign-in questionnaires, or simple internal feedback polls, I can draft and publish everything in minutes.

Paperform doesn’t weigh me down with features meant for big marketing teams. It hits exactly what our executive office needs. Building good-looking, smart forms takes way less effort now, which frees me up from tedious admin work so I can focus more on coordinating schedules and supporting our leadership team. What do you dislike about Paperform?

Paperform works well for building nice-looking internal forms, but there are a few quirks that slow down my admin work at Meridian Executive Partners. I handle all sorts of office requests, and the biggest frustration I run into is the CSV export behavior, especially with longer text responses.

Last month, I ran an internal feedback form for our leadership team’s offsite planning. When I exported the responses to put together my operations summary, several multi-paragraph comments got cut off. Some special characters, like accent marks in attendee names, also turned into weird garbled symbols. I had to manually copy those full comments from the Paperform dashboard, which ate into the time I’d set aside to lock in event logistics.

I also find the payment functionality unnecessary for our office use, but that’s not the main issue. The bigger limitation is how restrictive form permission settings are. Sometimes I want to let another team member view submission data without giving them full edit access to the whole form. Paperform doesn’t make that easy. I either share everything or nothing, which isn’t ideal when working with sensitive executive office request information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Form Builder with Powerful Piping and Prefilled Links"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

I really like the flexibility to build the form exactly the way I want. I especially enjoy the piping that I can set up and let form fillers pick their specific prefilled links from dashboards on other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

Sometimes some functions are difficult on calculation fields. However help is provided to figure it out most often.

The limitation on forms that can be submitted per month is vey low and is vey expensive to keep topping up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stand it Up Fast, Start Making Money Now, Stop Duct-Taping Things Together"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

The flexibility is absurd — I’ve literally reduced a four-hour live intake conversation into a 20-minute adaptive audit that surfaces real insights. The logic, piping, branching, CRM hooks, and embed capabilities seem simple until you actually need them to bend to your will — and they just do. Every time I push a boundary, Paperform doesn’t say “can’t” — it says “how”.

That adaptability ties directly to the people behind the product. Support is not just responsive — they actually help you think through use cases. I’ve seen them go above and beyond to make sure setups work right and help you understand why something behaves the way it does. I’ve used support teams across countless SaaS tools — this one is standout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Way more than just a form builder + really awesome team"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

While I appreciate the beauty of Typeform, whenever I have to fill one out, I scroll through every one of the questions so I can have a big picture understanding of the form before I start on it – I just can't do the one question at a time thing. And I didn't really want to give that experience to the people who fill out forms for me, so I was really happy to find Paperform. They have the beauty and intuitiveness that Typeform has, but you can have the questions on one page (or a couple of pages). Weird use case: aside from various forms, I actually just like how simple the visual builder is and so I actually embed "forms" on my site whenever I just need a bunch of text like for terms and conditions. No actual form intake, I just like how it looks and how simple it is to create and edit. It's an incredibly robust tool – aside from forms, I also used it as a cart page for a while – they have payment and coupon options which is super cool. I've barely even scatched the surface with its capabilities. I haven't used Papersign, nor the thousands of templates, the scheduling tool, or the AI builder. The team is phenomenal—super customer-focused, really approachable, supportive, and helpful. This shows up obviously in support, but also in how they prioritize features and launch things that I didn't even know I needed. They integrated well before with all the flows I needed like Kit / Calendly / GSuite, but now they launched Stepper which is a really cool AI-forward workflows tool so that's gonna be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

There are some tiny UI things that I would prefer be different like opening the form designer or results in the same window instead of a new tab. Also I have to login fresh every time and verify with my email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dean McPherson of Paperform

Thanks so much for the incredible review, Nikki! We really appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful breakdown. We care a lot about building tools that are genuinely useful and supportive, so feedback like this means a lot to us.

So glad Paperform has gone the distance for you. And honestly, using it for site content isn’t a weird use case at all! We love seeing the creative ways people use Paperform beyond traditional forms.

We appreciate the UI and login feedback too, I've shared it with the team.

Lastly, huge thanks for the kind words about the team. They're top-notch, aren't they!

"Flexible, Brandable Forms with Great Integrations - decent font/text managemnt"
4/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

There is a lot of flexibility in building out the form itself. Structurally, it is sound and you can deploy a lot of your own branding.

Third-party integrations are great, and the ease of embedding is good. Information/data about the form submissions is good as well.

Organizing your various forms and the top-down structure is great as well. Easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

Adjusting your branding fonts and styles and formatting text/colors is tedious at times. Paperform could be better at this. To be clear, it's all possible, it's just harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dean McPherson of Paperform

Thanks for your thoughtful review, Logan 🙏 Great to hear you’re enjoying the flexibility with integrations and theming.

I really appreciate the feedback on styling as well. We hear you on the friction there, I’ve passed this along to our Product team, we're always looking for ways to make the product better.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

"Powerful, Easy to Use, and Worth Coming Back To"
5/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

Paperform is intuitive, reliable, and incredibly functional. Whenever I’m stuck, I can usually count on Paperform to already have a solution built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

Occasionally I look for a niche feature—like automatic age calculation—that isn’t available yet. However, the team updates and improves the platform regularly, and the roadmap always feels thoughtful. At the moment, I’m not using Paperform enough in my current role to justify the ongoing cost, so my subscription is paused. But that’s due purely to my current workload, not the quality of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dean McPherson of Paperform

Sally, thanks for your updated review! It means so much to hear how Paperform has supported you across different stages of your professional life. The variety of use cases you’ve explored, from patient intakes to signatures to payments, really speaks to the versatility Paperform strives to deliver as a form builder.

And shoutout to our exemplary support team, who are always there to help across time zones. We'll be right here when you need us again. Thanks once more for your kind words and continued support!

"Effortless Form Creation with Instant Value"
4/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

I really like the simplistic look and feel of Paperform and how it makes it so easy to create a form for my use case. The platform is easy to utilize, letting me quickly gain value without a big learning curve. The initial setup was simple and easy since it's a web-based, SaaS solution, making it quite easy to start using and get on board, immediately seeing value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

Well, I'm thinking that they could potentially utilize more AI, maybe one simple prompt for you to just give you know, your use case and give as much detail as possible so that it can almost do all the work for you and just present you with a potential solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dean McPherson of Paperform

Thanks for the review, Roshan! So glad to hear that getting up and running was easy, and that you could start generating leads right away.

Great call on AI, too. We actually have an AI Form Creation feature that lets you generate forms from a prompt in just minutes, and we’re continuing to expand our AI capabilities to make things even more seamless.
