The conditional formatting, types of questions, and post-completion options have really improved. **What do you dislike about Paperform?** We use Paperform every single day and have been for years. We have so much stored within the platform, but no way besides many "spaces" to organize our forms efficiently. **What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have the capabilities to build out such complex forms/surveys within our own platform. It's also extremely easy to learn and use, saving time. ### 2.
