What do you like best about Paperform?

The full array of tools, payments, signatures for contracts helps digitise our whole flow and place it anywhere in our website landing pages. And the support is awesome. Not much you cannot do with this form system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

There are several features you may be missing, so don't delay asking their support chat for help. The leap to customise the templates is a big jump in price if you are just a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paperform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data collection. We're a B2B finance company and data collection requirements, document uploads and signatures can make the process a little complex. Paperform made it easy to build, flexible to change up and easy to include notificaiton emails to stakeholders and customers to close the loop and process applications. "Effortless Form Creation with Instant Value"

What do you like best about Paperform?

I really like the simplistic look and feel of Paperform and how it makes it so easy to create a form for my use case. The platform is easy to utilize, letting me quickly gain value without a big learning curve. The initial setup was simple and easy since it's a web-based, SaaS solution, making it quite easy to start using and get on board, immediately seeing value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperform?

Well, I'm thinking that they could potentially utilize more AI, maybe one simple prompt for you to just give you know, your use case and give as much detail as possible so that it can almost do all the work for you and just present you with a potential solution.
