I like the text capability but the big one is the work board, as this helps track the workflow. I do find the parts ordering integration very helpful. The work board gives me direct info on where the customer's vehicle is in the process, whether we are waiting for parts or almost done with the vehicle, making the flow of information much more available. The text component provides a similar experience but just between me and the customer, which enhances communication. The parts ordering allows the staff to build quotes faster and give quicker response times to the customer, leading to better customer service.
