If you're ready to scale and grow, DO IT! It will fully automate the tedious, but important parts of your business. It will help in areas of operations, sales & marketing, invoicing and payment collection, reviews, paying employees and/or contractors, customer service. All of these areas are automated when utilizing BK. Best decision I've ever made as a young entrepreneur. Geopointe integrates well with Google Maps. User records in our CRM are mapped on this "familiar" mapping software and we can overlay using filters and reports. It's easy to use once everything is set up and can be "trained" to others with ease as well. The cost for non-profits is very fair and isn't a barrier to entry. What do you dislike?

The UX can be a bit more intuitive; I recommend having an IT person help set it up and "talk" correctly with your CRM. Billing can be a bit slow and complicated as well. It can sometimes be a bit difficult/impossible for Geopointe to "go back" and make edits into the CRM in Salesforce; it's great displaying data but sometimes the "feed" doesn't seem to go both ways. We use Geopointe to map out our donors and visualize where, in the United States, they are. We use this to help pull data, plan trips, and see where we should be holding events. Using this data, we're able to more effectively plan for the year and see where "in the country" we should be. Salesforce doesn't have a native mapping software built into it, and I think that this is probably the best integration that I've been able to find that is useful for simple non-profit use. We started our business using Mitchell but came to realize that sales tax would randomly be wrong or not charged at all which they could never fix after hours on hold and waiting for tech support. We then changed to RO Writer and used them for about 8 years and that worked ok with exception of many hours of set up and it was windows based. Had to upgrade and then started having lots of problems and the support went downhill. Tekmetric was easy to get set up for our go live date and since going live their support team is awesome. First and second week lots of support chats got us going in the right direction with things. One thing I would say is make sure you take the time to get EVERYTHING set up before going live. How robust the site is, and the many options it offers. Also, the possibility of running usage reports and quick response in case of issues either with the platform or with providers. The platform offers many different options that not many users are aware of, but help greatly both managing the workflow on the day of the service requested, and after it has been completed. What do you dislike?

Randomly the page may crash, but this doesn't happen very often. Also, in cases where the provider fail to get in touch, even if FN tries to reach, it might be impossible. Not something related to the platform, but inherent when working with service providers. I guess the selection pool could be improved, even though there are many options in many areas, there might be either locations or areas of expertise that are not widely covered, which makes finding the correct resource a difficult task sometimes. The flexibility to connect with trusted providers nationwide is the greatest benefit. Also, the problem resolution is excellent, so even if there are issues with providers, FN is quick to address our concerns. Having a wide array of providers on many different areas provides many options to chose from, which can't be overstated as it provides with the flexibility required.

Our clients may come to us with different types of request, but no matter the area they need to cover (be it geographical or knowledge wise) we can rely on FN to have a robust selection of trusted vendors that we can work with. I like the fact that we are more accurately charging to jobs. prior to WorkMax we would wait until Friday and fill out the timecard based on memory. A lot of mischarged time would occur. The biggest complaint from the employees is that they cannot clock in before filling out the daily job hazard assessment form I created at log in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

More accurate time charging. Actual time worked payed out. Between the GPS tracked vehicles and the location services with WorkMax, false charging had decreased. This in turn validates the ROI on the product. road blocks. The biggest problem being the initial resistance to change by the employees. The WorkMax team has helped me work through getting the right people and strategies in place for a successful implementation. We are currently running with 60 employees and they have all come around to accept the usefulness and convenience of being able to clock in and out of jobs from personal devices. Data or Report filtering option is missing into Mobile App. If someone want to see his past call logs or ticket history then it is not easy to search using mobile app. Also not supporting more than 500 or 700 line item into the drop down list or Pick List. This limitations should not be there. Also need to improve dependency level fields as currently it is one to one. But it should be one to many. If your are into service or sales oriented company then definitely go for Field EZ App and can provide it to your sales or service teams with specified functionalities and customer data on which your organization is focusing. Field EZ need to improve reporting tool. As if records are more then sometimes Jasper Reporting tool is stopped working and taking more time to load and provide the data to download. Also dashboards design and customization should be there in order to suffice any organizations requirements as per their own business standard dashboards. Rest almost functionality are very nice into the Field EZ App. Also Product Warranty management should work automatically. For example if any customer bought any product from our organization with some warranty like 2 years or 3 years. Would like more features on the mobile app.My gps units in the vehicles tends to drain batteries even if cars are off.They tend to drain the cars if not used for more than 5 days.Then i have to boost them to turn on .The battery life on some units is only for a couple of months so maybe a trade program would be good.Ours are hooked up to data port on our vehicles but if vehicle is not on and the unit battery is old the gps on the dash board will show not in range.

I would strongly recommend Gps Insights for your tracking purposes.

It helps with fuel expenses and how to go about saving money.

Maintenance is very easy with the dashboard and the gps sends you code info for any issues on service engine lights that come up on your fleet.To help diagnose any issues.

What do you like best?

MapAnything offers my company as the only place to consult truck and dealer routes and rest stops. They're always happy to set the course and improve the example, and the integration with Salesforce is very important, and the seamless integration of accounts and maps allows employees to view many links and take action accordingly. What do you dislike?

Organizing the MapAnything folder will become only issue that can be improved. The folder refinement method works well in small environments, but it takes far too much clicks to find a folder or too long to find a complaint route for a field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Delivering tracking and opening up the sales floor will be the biggest problem-solution. This has resulted in a significant increase in the speed and level of service, and has allowed us to find organizational efficiencies. Having a team that can find a location quickly and understand where it's going and what area it belongs to gives people confidence in their work, and with Google Map overlays, users get something familiar and up-to-date as custom map software with less guidance.
