  ### 1. Great for technicians in the field

**What do you like best about Repair-CRM?**

Technicians can easily finish a job on site, adding photos to the job. They can add the used parts to the work order, so we don't need to process their handwritten papers at the end of the day.

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

It fits our needs, so there is nothing at the moment which is missing.

**Recommendations to others considering Repair-CRM:**

The software really works best by using the admin software AND the mobile APP together. As a manager, you have control over every feature - but your techguys should only use mobileapp: open a job, attach photo & signature - and save! Thats the only thing they need. So make sure to try the app too!

**What problems is Repair-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling our service calls and managing inventory. It is much easier now, because we see where our guys are at the moment. Great feature!

**What do you like best about Repair-CRM?**

It helped us replace our Google Spreadsheets and manage our technicians better. Scheduling is easier and we can track our technicians. Seeing their location and what they are working on make is easier the manage them. We also use the customer notes to comment on client's.

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

They promised invoicing in Q1 2020, looking forward for that.

**What problems is Repair-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple technicians and their location was important for us. Also the automated customer notifications is a must have feature! It lets them know when we arrive and they can give feedback to us. Inventory tracking on the trucks is also very useful to see our stocks.

Quick to use by the technicians on site and create work orders on the go. Backoffice can keep track of the technicians and maintenance history. Easy to add photos and collect signature!

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

Mobile app is easy to use, it is great to get the job done.

**What problems is Repair-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually inputting our finished jobs to Excel and the documentation of a day's work is much easier and faster. N

**What do you like best about Repair-CRM?**

Maintenance tracking and inventory management. Scheduling is also very easy with the calendar view! Barcode scanning for inventory is really nice for our Zebra TC25 terminal.

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

Multi warehouse inventory management is not yet ready.

**Recommendations to others considering Repair-CRM:**

Signing up for trial and trying out if it fits your needs. Many softwares are missing the inventory management part.

Inventory management was important for us and also keeping track of the customer assets and their maintenance.

Keeping track of maintenances regularly and creating our daily schedules.

Nothing particular, it fits our current needs and requirements

Regular maintenances and asset tracking in general.

Our technicians track their inventory in their cars and found it easy to create work orders on client calls. In the office we keep track of our technicians locations & daily progress

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

Some key features are still in development but the development team responds quickly.

**What problems is Repair-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for the team, lots of features were implemented in the past few months

**What do you like best about Repair-CRM?**

Very best in inventory management,it makes me track the technician easily where they are working from where they are working from.it helps check on the technicians work and therefore avoid errors.it is very easy to use and cheap.it creates work orders faster and easy.

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

The little problem it had were solved and therefore no dislike to mention by now.

**Recommendations to others considering Repair-CRM:**

Very best to manage inventory and monitor the technician on field,easy to control the errors by the technicians hence best job for my client.

How to monitor and work with my technician to come up with the best work at very priceless cost.

It helps us fill out the admin paperwork on site, so our technicians don't come back with a bunch of sticky notes. This way we don't need to enter to a system in the evening. 

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

They are still working on lot of features, but for us, the inventory management was the most important which works great.

**Recommendations to others considering Repair-CRM:**

Easy to work with, quick implementation for new feature requests.

Being able to see the attached photos is a game changer for us!

We find it easy to documents our jobs with taking pictures and sending them to customers!

**What do you dislike about Repair-CRM?**

Recurring jobs - but they promised to finish it at Q3 this year, that would make it more easy!

**What problems is Repair-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling help a lot, we are a small company but still it was a nightmare to see who works when. The calendar view is awesome.

An admin software is really needed to extend the mobilapps

We used to forget to follow up on our sales and repairs, with Repair-Crm its easy to followup.
